I stayed here last December for 10 days and I had an awesome accommodation. The room was clean and has a good bathroom. The air-conditioned was very decent for a very affordable price and the WIFI was fast, too! Safe and near food establishments. Also, the location is near LRT and other forms of transportation. The staffs were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely book this place if I'll ever come near to the vicinity. Great job! I hope this will be properly maintained for a more wonderful experience in the future.

This is really affordable and I love the location as you can easily access variety of food in a daily basis. We were able to rest well. The only thing I would like them to improve is the TV as it only uses TV Plus with very limited channels and the shower as it does not have hot/cold options. Wifi is free and strong.

The place is sorrounded with food stalls, you will not be worried to find something to eat. Also the room is huge, there is a smarttv and aircon worked good. Highly recommended and worth thr price.

The staff are approachble.. clean and bright! Im on the 5ft floor, i was hasslefree to bring my luggage upstair coz kuya there in the hotel do for me... the only 👎 for me is the wifi,. But for the money saver and business travel like me this hotel was 5 stars!

The hotel is good and new but needs improvement”
The hotel is good and new but there's so much to improve. From the outside you won't expect that there is a hotel that is neat and new inside. The floor where our room was located has just opened. There was no water and I had to wait for about an hour, so I asked them for a pail of water and they immediately brought it to my room, but I also didn't get to use it because suddenly theres water already. the staffs are very friendly even though they were pressured with problems, the receptionist on duty late in the evening is kind and polite. and theres a big man who is very helpful. Over all, we had a great stay and if ever we came back, would like to see the improvements there.

The facility inside the room was amazingly designed but the neighborhood is really out of the way in Tondo. The address said Caloocan but it's more like TONDO area, so I thought it was not far from Monumento which has Victory Mall/Bus station according to the map, but actually it is 2 LRT stations away plus long trike ride with fare around 120pesos negotiable to 70-100 php. Everything worked really well in the room and it's brand new in the visitor's Point of View. You should study the map and address because many trike drivers are not familiar with this new place so you should say Gagalangin Juan Luna Street and near Mcdonalds. From R Papa LRT station you cross old railroad tracks to get to Juan Luna.

I decided to ask for change of the bedsheets upon checkin as I saw hair strands on the bed & pillowo”
With hot and cold shower, feels you are staying in a condo unit. The staff mentioned they are working all around in the hotel. I SUGGEST to disinfeçt the unit every after check out and make sure bed sheets are change from time to time. Disinfect floors tables chairs and toilets. Food stall, laundry shops and pharmacy plus supermarkets are nearby walking distance from hotel. Staff are nice especially the security guard. The cleaner is also nice and she accept my tequest to chNge the bedsheets and pillow. please add sanitation under review.

Best for CaMaNoVa travel”
If your business is within the area of CaMaNoVa or the north Metro Manila area then this hotel is in the ideal location. Expect Basic facilities although it will help if they can include a water heater for the shower and better cable as cable is almost nonexistent with the channel options they currently have. Staff is responsive and friendly. Reception is available until 7pm only. The first room assigned to me has not been cleaned yet but they were able to give me different room right away upon request. Parking is available on the ground floor. Not the hotel’s fault but since this hotel is front of the Road it can be very loud when there are cars/trucks/PUV/ambulance even in the wee hours. Best to use ear plugs or wear earphones if you are sensitive to noise.

More to improve”
1. Not soundprooof since it is beside the road, you can hear the noise from the outside. 2. No hot and cold water 3. You can hear sounds from the hallway and banging of the doors next to your room 4. TV Plus signal disconnecting 5. Slow internet connection Booked a room for 2 days stay and we enjoyed naman kasi we got it for 750 per night only but we can't really have a peaceful stay because of the noise. It is my 3rd time to stay actually. recommended for nearby travellers or quick relaxation.
