Pros: pretty much everything. We loved the room, the view, the kitchen, bed, and bathroom. There were 3 pools and 1 was indoor and 24 hours. The continental breakfast was decent. They have an upgradable hot breakfast option too. Best value for the money spent most definitely. Cons: my only cons were the shuttle being late in the morning. I prefer punctuality. And that the mini fridge didn't have a freezer part.

Initially the front desk guy was rude and yelled at me as I had issues with check in but then the nice night mgr Chip stepped in and was very helpful exemplifying awesome customer service.

Everything was great except the room was a little dated. The staff from check in to check out were great. The grounds were very clean. The pools were perfect except the indoor pool was to closed in. Not enough air ventilation which after a couple of minutes made it uncomfortable to breathe because of the chlorine. If they would of just opened the door it would of made it much better. As for the room, I wasn't dissapointed with the size but cabinets,microwave,stove seemed to be from the 1980's. The bed was very springy not like the more updated mattresses you see else where. My all around score is a 3.5 Would of got a 4.5 - 5 If the room was more modernized other than that it was a great stay.

Location is the Best/ Key Card the Worst”
So overall we had a good stay, I will just mention what we most loved and what could be better. So for sure the hotel is VERY Well LOCATED near universal parks restaurants stores the big wheel etc. Unfortunately what we didn’t like it at all were the KEY Cards to access the room. They did not work for 3 times. BE AWARE you cannot leave cards near phone. Anyway imagine coming tired from a long day in the park and with two small kids almost sleeping and the cards not working. Then you have to go the main building. It was really frustrating!!! But besides that everything was ok.

Location is great, but the inside of the room is outdated, old rugs, a few bathroom updates but need more updates. First night we all were smelling strong chemicals. Made us stuffy and making my wife have asthma. Next day cleared out. Due to covid they dont clean rooms, but thats understandable. Pool has to much chlorine

Room needs to be updated. Bed very uncomfortable and worn out. Carpet has stains and pull out sofa mattress was very old and thin with some holes. Staff is very friendly and offered great customer service. Me and my family love the 24 hours indoor pool the most. Location offers a lot of nearby restaurants. It will be perfect if the rooms were updated and offered better bedding .

The pictures look great online but our room looked nothing like what we saw online. The room smell was musty. The bed size was more a double than a queen, and it was so worn out we would have been better sleeping on the floor. The room was not very clean. The pool was ice cold, and no towels. Of course we didn't know this until traveling from the 3rd floor of bldg 2 with a baby in tow. I would consider other hotels for less money before staying here.

You get what you pay for. It was clean , needs updating, old carpets. Ask for non carpet room. Free breakfast was just a bag with stuff in it. Kind of misleading as sit down you pay for. Over all ok but don’t pay more than 65 a night!

Nice staff loved the pools though could have been little warmer at the heated pools The food for breakfast was a good plus but was very limited the waffles were tasty and the eggs needed a little more-flavor The grounds were nice and tropical However building needs some updating still really loved the two bedroom suite was perfect size for the six of us the twin beds were a little hard though

to begin with, the toilet barely reached my knees and I am 5’5. It literally looked like it was taken out of an elementary school and also the handle had green rust allllll around it. The shower handle logo thing kept falling off every time you touched it. The mattress…. oh boy. You are not READY for this ride. As soon as you sit on the mattress, be prepared to be skyrocketed to the roof from how bouncy and terrible this mattress is. Also, if you have trouble sleeping with noise in the back, I would hope you don’t have the same room that I got, because the air conditioning unit makes noise every 2 seconds when it is turned on (and does not go lower than 70 degrees F) and you can hear the pipes moving. The overall best quality was the location, which was a 5 min drive from citywalk.

The only reason because I stay in this hotel it was the indoor pool and when we arrived it was close for remodeling. The ice machine it was broke and the first night we lost power for more than 3 hours.
