普遍的価値と最高の料理。”

お料理が最高に美味しいです。 普通(こだわりは凄い)の食材が最高の料理に。唯一無二です。 一日一組限定。実家みたいなもんです。
特にないですが、 メニューの説明等があると嬉しいです。 あと家族だけの時間がもう少しいただけると幸いです。

本物の料理”

1番は料理です。 事前にお電話を頂き、どの様なものが良いかや 苦手なものはないかなどを聞いてくれました。 義母のお祝いにはケーキも準備して頂けました。 朝食・夕食共に、オーナーの本物にこだわった 料理を美味しく頂き、子供も含め皆が喜んでいました。 メインのお料理以外のサラダやお味噌汁さえも とても美味しかったです。 料理が終わるとスタッフの方々は帰って家族の 貸切別荘のようになりますが、おトイレやお風呂も 清潔で良かったです。 お風呂は五右衛門風呂のような丸い浴槽が２つあり 洗い場の床は畳になっています。 子供も変わっていて喜んでいましたが、年配の方達が 転びにくく、転んでも畳なので安心です。 立地は松江城に近く、武家屋敷や小泉八雲記念館 などにも行きやすいです。
特に良くないところは有りませんが、 車の場合は駐車場が歩いて2,3分のところに なります。 荷物が沢山ある場合は、お堀沿い通りに少し 停めさせてもらった方が良いです。

大変貴重な非日常のたった一度しかない最高の思い出”

お食事の素材の良さと料理人の腕前、共に最高でした。普段あまり食べないようなお料理も食べてみようと思えるほどです。スタッフさんの丁寧な対応もこころ温まるものでした。
夜、スタッフさんはいらっしゃらないので、例えば氷をいただきたいとか、お水が欲しいとなっても、お願いできないのが少し残念でした。でも、プライベートな一棟貸し切りを満喫するためには、そのあたりは仕方ないと思いました。

最高”

お料理が本当に美味しくて、また色々なお料理を食べに行ってみたくなりました。好みや要望をしっかりと聞いてくださって、今までに食べたことのないような美味しいお料理を振る舞ってくれる、心温まる素敵なところでした。 お風呂の床が畳になっていたのにはとても驚きましたが、とてもキレイで寒さを感じないお風呂でした。

料理最高。”

1日1組限定。と言うことで家族でゆっくり出来ました。 料理の素材、味付けは言うことなしです♪特に、あんな歯応えのある、ジュンサイは初めてでした。一品ずつ出汁の変化もあり流石です。ローストビーフも良かったですが 暖かいステーキにして欲しかったかな。 蟹の時期に寄せていただきたいと思います。
布団がもう少し良いものにして欲しい。 浴衣のサイズがＬだけでは身体が大きいので無理があった。 バスタオルの柔軟剤の匂いが気になった。

お料理が尋常じゃない美味しさ。一品食べれば次はどんな味、次のお品は？っと箸が止まらなくなり、お料理の写真を撮るのも忘れるくらい。 　自分でお誕生日をお祝いする為に予約。お宿のお写真が素敵で、いつもなら敬遠するお値段だったんですが、頑張ってる自分に自分でお祝いしたくて奮発しました。 　ところがどっこい、お料理もスタッフの皆さんも素敵すぎて　また必ず来たい　自分へのご褒美に。っと思わずにはいられないお宿でした。
素敵すぎて　日々また頑張ろうと思わせたとげろ。 　あんまり頑張りたくないのに。

とてもすばらしい”

なんといっても食事がとてもよかった。食材を厳選しておられたし、調理は一級品でした。調理されたご主人が配膳されて、そのつど料理の解説をしていただいた。とても気さくな人柄のようで、くつろいで食事ができました。 一日一組しか宿泊できなくて、夜にはスタッフが誰もいなくなり驚きましたが、我が家にいる感覚で過ごせました。
ただ、寝具が普通で、自分で布団をしくのには驚きました。 建物が普通の個人宅の感じで、嫌な感じはしませんでしたが、おもてなしの雰囲気がもっとあれば…と思いました。
