The room had queen size bed plus extra single bed and comfortable but if you bring food to room you will have ants in your bed very quickly. A few roaches but that's the tropics. I've been a few places I had to ask for the no rat room. Don't bother with the breakfast. It was below average at a small restaurant attached but you can buy sodas at night there. I grade low on facilities because the room I had was on the fourth floor and they have no working elevator. When you turn the ac on too make sure you line up the air and turn the circulator off or your room will never get cool. You will like the size of the room though, very spacious.

Not cozy place to stay”

The lobby was small but as a consolation the front staff was friendly and nice. That's the only thing nice there. There's no elevator so I have to climb plenty of stairs to go to my 3rd flr room. The cr was not well cleaned. There wasn't even a toilet paper in the rm.

Disappointing”

We were looking for a budget hotel to accomodate us for a 2-night stay. Booked the executive suite. The room was not so clean, but my friend's suite had a lot of mosquitoes and a foul smell was noticeable particularly from the CR. Had to go out and buy lysol and baygon to disinfect the room, especially when a baby is on board. My suite has a rather dysfunctional airconditioning system, it seems that though the thermostat was already set at 16°C, the room temp is still at 21-23°C. Sheets were clean, but falls short of expectations. Mattress and pillows were hard. Towels look old. Toiletries - don't expect more than a small bath soap and two halves of the typical 6php shampoos FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. Apparently I had a very disappointing stay.

second visit to this hotel, first was standard room, no problems with the exception of no hot water to shower with. Was happy enough to book again for two nights and "upgraded" to a suite room. The upgrade was described as having a fridge, complimentary bottled water, and in room wifi router. NONE of that was true, they supplied a fridge next day which was so dirty inside I refused to use it, the wifi was not in room but in hall outside, no bottled water was ever provided and the room had not been cleaned in a long time. Roaches in bathroom, oh and yes COLD water shower. For more than $30 per night at least provide hot water if nothing else. Staff did nothing to remedy my concerns. My advice would be to stay elsewhere.

good sized room for two, comfortable stay, standard breakfast, friendly staff, good city center location, cold shower.

Friendly staff, good size room, good TV. No safety deposit box anywhere in the hotel. No hot water but great WiFi. Rooms need to be clean. I feel the hotel is not being managed effectively.

The price point was good but the hotel even for the price leaves a lot to be desired. The toilet had no seat. Decided it wouldn't flush anymore after using it a few times. No hot water. The AC did not cool the room comfortably so much so that I had to sleep with my head on the foot of the bed to get a semblance of airflow. Oh did I mention this hotel does not have an elevator and they put me on the 4th floor? No guests with disabilities welcome here. The hotel across the street would have been better and cheaper too.

Decent Hotel”

I expected more of EP because of the photos posted. But when you actually get there, the lobby is very very small...no concierge. There is also no elevator...take the stairs with all your baggages. The room was very very big...but old. Our first room's AC didn't work, so they moved us to a bigger room. It was better but the AC was leaking. We were tired and only staying for one night, so we didn't bother to move again. There is no in-room internet, so you have to go to the common floors to get good signal...abd fight with the mosquitos. But the staff are very friendly. And helps carry your bags.

Good value for money”

It was a short but comfortable stay. More attention should be given to maintaining the washroom facilities - the vanity and faucet has some dirt buildup, the drain is clogged. There's a pool of water around the drain on the shower floor. In general though, and with cheerful staff ready to assist, I will consider staying in the hotel when I am back in the city. I will also definitely recommend the place to friends visiting the city.

Quiet and nice place just couple of blocks away from main street. Malls, restaurants etc. all in walking distance. Expecially suite room was bigger than expected for this price. Nothing to complain, all worked as expected. Please notice there's no elevator in hotel in case you feel it necessary.

Hotel room was okay, it could have been easier if this place has an elevator, especially for older guests or people with knee problems. I assumed that all hotel's with 3rd & 4th floors had elevators when I booked my room.

We really enjoy to stay in this hotel. It's the cheapest hotel for this level of comfort I found till now in Philippines.

mi e; stato chiesto un rimborso spesa per il trasporto areoporto hotel pari a 10 volte il prezzo normale per cui ho chiamato la polizia locale per riportare il fatto ed ho potuto avere giustizia. le colazioni sono pessime , il personale non cortese. nella siute non c'e' neanche un piccolo frigidere per rinfrescare l'acqua.in una parola non raccomando questo hotel a futuri eventuali ospiti.

Onaangenaam. Pagadian is een stadje dat je als blanke angst inboezemd. Gelukkig was ik alle drie de dagen dat ik daar verbleef ziek. Ze zeggen als je ook maar een klein beetje buiten het stadscentrum komt je de kans loopt om door de Filippijnse Moslims daar ontvoerd te worden. Voor losgeld. Kortom deze EP Executive Suites, de stad Pagadian zijn niet geschikt om als reiziger te verblijven. Als mij ook iets was overkomen dan had ik AGODA aansprakelijk gesteld. Want door de advertentie in Agodia ben ik in die EP executive Suites terecht gekomen. zik verzoek Agoda dan ook om deze advertentie te verwijderen van hun internet site.
