I stayed for a week and I am happy with my stay. The owner is very friendly and the cleaning lady is very helpful too. The room is clean. I can’t say it is big, but it has everything you need, eg, place for luggage, kettle, fan, heater, bed side table,etc. Good for value.

One of the best budget hotels in London”
Epsilon is a budget hotel and as such you can’t expect luxuries. It offers small but very clean rooms, good quality linen and towels and a new and clean bathroom. The bathroom particularly is excellent. The only negative was the noise from the main road. The location is okay, not far from Stratford stations where you have many options of trains or underground lines. Some parts in Stratford area are a bit dodgy and I didn’t feel quite comfortable late in the night.

Omg for the quality of hotel this is amazing value and well worth checking into I will use this hotel all the time now. If you are excel exhibition centre which I was it was a few stops on the DLR and 10 min walk from Stratford station.

When you turn the tap for water, hot water come out first before cold water. This is dangerous and hand can be burned. It should be cold water first then cold water.

Beware bed bugs and rude staff”
Bitten all over by bed bugs on the first night! Found the bugs. Showed the staff. Moved to a disabled room. Continued to be bitten. Did not complete the stay. Still suffering from horrific bites days later, needed special cream. Staff rude, unsympathetic and unhelpful. Told it would take 3 or 4 days to get a response from OYO management to the complaint. Still heard nothing. A horrific, painful and upsetting experience.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ”
I arrived at the hotel after 2pm and was checked in as I went up to my room on level 3 it was not cleaned from the previous stay. It had food on the tables bed sheets not clean. I then came down stairs and told the reception staff he then apologised and called the cleaning lady to ask. She said she was still cleaning it. He then gave me a key for another room on level 1 when I went in the toilet smelt and the room was smelling of smoke. So I came back down and informed the receptionist again he said I would have to wait 30-40mins until the lady cleans the room. When I informed OYO customer service about this situation, they said when they asked Epsilon hotel this never happened. All this shows me this hotel have kept disloyal staff and have zero respect for their customers. Money is not the issue it’s about principal and if you’ve made a mistake own it. But OYO staff like to lie and blame their customers.

Wasn’t able to make our stay as we have had a family bereavement. Contacted hotel to see if they would be able to change my dates, staff were not very helpful - said a manager would call me back and that call never came.

Mixed visit”
This was the second time I had stayed at the Epsilon. The hotel was clean and comfortable with breakfast included; the choice of continental or cooked was a good way to start the day. The room was comfortably warm. Our only complaint was that the television pixilated quite a bit so limited the choice of viewing. Otherwise no other criticisms.

I was a little worried as this hotel was so cheap compared to everywhere else but it was a lovely stay. Staff were very friendly. The room was very small but we were only staying one night so fine and it was clean which is the main thing. Convenient for the O2, just a couple of stops on the tube from Stratford station. No issues with the walk back to the hotel after the show. Breakfast was lovely and included in the room price which is a bonus! Only criticism here is that they don't seem to advertise the hot food on offer. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff are polite and helpful, got a warm welcome from them every day. Breakfast is satisfying with typical western style's foods like egg, toast, coffee, bacon, baked beans etc. The room is a bit hot during summer but still acceptable. There are no shampoo, tooth paste, toothbrush etc. all these kind of daily commodities provided in the room, not the same with the hotel in Asia. The hotel is about 10 - 15mins walk from Stratford Station. Just be reminded that the area of Stratford is not very safe during the night, single traveller, especially girls have to be aware about this, better don't go back to the hotel too late. But it's still fine before 11pm. Overall I have a good staying in this hotel.

Excellent”
A tidy and clean hotel with nicely decorated, spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and the location is ideal for the London Stadium. Breakfast was included - the options were fine, but were were only given one sausage each along with a couple of pieces of very thin bacon. Luckily there was toast, croissants etc too. I would definitely stay here again as it felt very comfortable, and we had a good nights sleep.
