Everything beside the breakfast was good. However, breakfast was a scandal. We came Down a bit late and there was litterally nothing left and the staff didn’t Seem to Care for a minute.

The hotel is very noisy. People coming in late at night having showers at 2am and I could hear everything in my room. We were leaving very early and asked if we could have some fruit and coffee which never happened.

I'm taking one star away from them”

The room had no proper ventilation and there was no hot water pot in the room- therefore I must remove one star!

Nice hotel in Puno”

Very comfortable hotel close the the Plaza de Armas and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot. Breakfast is ok, too. Puno is a very festive town. Many will tell you it isn't worth staying more than a night but if you have time it is.

Great location, Good breakfast, Comfortable Beds”

Walkable to the cathedral, restaurants, transportation, and city services, this hotel was a good find. During a saint day, a parade went by the hotel and we could view it from our room. It was easy to get transportation and we walked all over the city and down to the lake with a leisurely stroll, even though it was difficult to breathe due to the altitude. The breakfasts were good and the big tours ate early so we didn't have any trouble getting our food. Nice touch with the warm milk for hot chocolate. They even let us bring in our own Chifa dinner since we ordered drinks.

IT was just great, wonderful straff, very helpful all the time. I can recommend the Hotel to others. Julio a taxidriver wotking working with the hotel was very helpful and brought us very safely to the AirPort last day..

Centrally located and nice hotel”

Centrally located near the main plaza, room was clean and nice, awesome breakfast. Only thing is the agreed bus station pickup didn't show up so we had to take the cab to hotel ourselves.

Easy access to lake Titikaka”

We'll located and close to local restaurants. The rooms are large and bathrooms large also. Beds are comfortable and breakfast spread is very good. I would advise taking altitude sickness medication if visiting Puno because it sits at 3800 metres above sea level. From here you have easy access to boat tours that take you out onto the lake.

Great location”

Situated only one block from the main plaza this was a great location and very close to the shops and restaurants. From here we also walked to the port area to catch a ferry, this was only 20 - 30 minutes walk.

No internet in our room”

The staff initially had problems finding our Agoda booking in their system, this was resolved quickly by the staff. I think it would have been much easier if my spanish was better though. We could not get an internet signal in our room, this may have just been our room as it worked fine in the corridors. The location is fantastic, right next to the Plaza del Armes.

Pleasant stay”

Pleasant stay other than the soiled towel from the previous guest that were not changed.

Nice small town, nice people”

I felt sick because of the altitude on the first night I arrived. The staff called a doctor for me at midnight quickly. Super helpful and efficient. They also arrange different tours for me with very reasonable price.
