Great Location”
It is a bit more expensive than area hotels, but the convenient location makes up for it. The lobby is right across the street from the ticket counters. The hotel also has a nice bar and outdoor seating area.

perfect location after-or before a flight. Walk-in from the terminal in 2 minutes, no shuttle bus needed. Room has a big window to terminal side, but no big noise. Staff well trained at reception and restaurant. Great BF buffet. Staff at bar could be a bit more eficient. Great PLUS: we got our room on Arrival at 1115 AM. Big Thanks to the staff at reception. cool.

Walking distance to the airport terminal..clean room, decent breakfast, provide iron facility in the room.. overall the hotel is good for transit/ short stay..

Convenient location”
Just across the airport. Breakfast was decent and the menu at the restaurant was adequate. Restaurant food was ok; not the best but edible.

The hotel has a monopoly location at Santiago airport and it takes advantage of that : it is expensive for what is on offer. Check-in took 30 minutes which was not appreciated after a 12 hour flight. The receptionist forgot to include the access code on the card key for the internet which meant another queue. The room was fine but one tea-bag and one coffee sachet for two people hardly reflects the price the hotel is charging.

If ur travelling to santiago.. and u have alot of bags, just stay here.. dont bother going into the city because it will save u the hassle of communication and travel time. Plus the comfort and cleanliness of Holiday Inn is guranteed

Doesn't get more convenient”
This is a Holiday Inn. This is perhaps one of the nicer ones for those familiar with the brand. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and the restaurant is OK (a little expensive, but about what I'd expect at a hotel restaurant at the airport). Location is simply unbeatable for those with early or late travel plans.

Great Location for Flight Connections”
The best thing about this hotel is it's convenient location. It is literally walking distance from the terminal at the Benitez Airport. You can wheel your luggage there in 5 minutes. Only complaint with the hotel was that there was poor water pressure in the shower and the water was at best luke warm.

We stayed here twice before early departures - incredibly convenient!! Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and the airport is literally outside the hotel. Hotel restaurant was fine - slightly generic, but not bad.

Outdated”
We stayed here because we had a long overnight layover. The location is very convenient. The hotel itself is outdated. furnishings is decades old and hard to set the temperature in the room. the restaurant on the 1st floor is understaffed and those that are working are quite oblivious. Don't expect a quick meal here.

Bedroom clean. Bathroom had a flood. Mirror dirty. Staff friendly. Good service from restaurant staff. Good food and spirits.

One major downside. The WiFi was almost unusable. I managed a bare minimum between loosing signal every 2 minutes. Not good enough at all. Everything else was perfect
