The ambience of the hotel overall was very good. The gym room was amazing, one the best I have seen in any hotels. Staff are very polite and helpful. I have had a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel with very good location”

The hotel was really busy by the time we were checking in, I know staffs at reception counter were probably tired but a little more smile would be better. The hotel was really busy and crowded, during the night and also in the morning during the checking out as well. However, location was really good, love the breakfast with very variety of food. Anyway, there were 3 ATM machines which i would like to do the money exchange, they all didn't work and hotel doesn't accept the exchange.

The Hotel is perfectly located with one of the best views in town. Staff is friendly and the service is good. We had a late night flight and they even let us use the hotel facilities after check out. Would stay there again if I went back.

Good reliable hotel”

The hotel right in the Center is the perfect place to visit Cairo. Maybe in needs of some maintenance and updating but the central location, affordable price, nice staff and good breakfast make it a great place to discover Cairo

Nice pool area with views over the Nile and Zamalek, near the centre and many museums and culture spots. Lots of restaurants but some were closed, covid reasons I guess. Better than usual gym. Nice staff and overall well worth what we paid.

Staff not very helpful ”

The pool does not open to 8am - this is hopeless if you are an early riser. Only 2 small bottles of water - really? USD12 for a small can of Pringles - that is USD1 per pringle. I arrived at 2am, so had fluffed my booking - instead of getting a preferential rate for the additional night, I was charged premium (non Agoda rate - and even that without breakfast). Uber to the Airport is 1/10 the price quoted by the Hotel for airport transfer. I do not recommend this hotel based on the poor service and level of greedy gouge.

not maintained well as 5 star hotel supposed to be”

I would rate this hotel 3 star. I arrived at 14:30 and was checked in at 15:30 room was not clean as 5 star hotel. AC grill has molds on it. everything in the room is over used. Breakfast selection was good. check in and check out is awful as no one follow the queue or the queue line does not exist. too many welcomes, apologies, and hospitality from the hotel staff but without value. I will not stay there again.

Good hotel, Bad service”

It took me more than 1 hour to check in. The receptionist kept saying the room is not yet ready although it was almost 7 pm. If you ever want to order anything from outside, note that they will not send your order to your room and neither will let the delivery man bring it to you. You will have to go down all the way to get it. Rooms are big and nice as well as the balconies. I think with this price you can get another nice place with a better service.

Staff are really bad”

the room is okay,but they never refill amenities after room service as a 5 star hotel,i expect the staff know a bit of english instead of nothing. We were in the breakfast area trying to order some food and we repeated many times of our order and they still made it wrong and they are not happy when we said it was wrong . They dont respect their guest and once i asked one of the staff inside the hotel where’s the swimming pool is ,he just shaked his head without saying anything and left how rude is the staff and they dont respect female guest i know it happens a lot in egypt but as a 5 star hotel please have a proper staff training and hire more english speaking staff

The hotel is old and the furniture needs to be replaced. The hotel doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel

Staff and location is good but the facilities are very very old . The room never been renovated since the dark ages 😂 nothing works in the room . Not worth what u spend
