The hotel is nice. Perfect location. Perfect cleanliness. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful views. The reception staff is very friendly in particular I would like mention Ahmad he is professional, efficient and friendly. Reception staff needs to be increased to avoid queues. The hotel beach is far from the hotel.

First don’t compare to resorts in hurghada and sharm elsheikh to be fair. Overall quality was good , but no much english used in signs and menus.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room Sea View but when i came to the hotel i was shocked that the receptionist told me that i booked a Double Room with side Sea View. Agoda didn’t guarantee my trip.

Meh - doesn’t measure up to 5 stars”
The location of the hotel is central and good and the view in our sea front family room was really nice. But that’s about it. WiFi was terribly slow (1MBPS) Breakfast buffet was poor The Linens were terribly rough and need to be changed. I had to go with 3 bedding changes until they finally got me a set of sheets I can sleep on and that was just for one bed. The kids didn’t complain but their beds were horrible too. The bathroom needs maintenance, the tub was leaking and the drain had no cover and they covered it with the trash bin to hide it. Parking isn’t included and you have to pay it separately. The TV is too small for the room size. Come on who uses 32 inches anymore. Overall the experience was OK but not worth the money.

I reserved a triple room for 3 adults and instead I got double room which is very small and they just added a very awful and uncomfortable bed, its just like you are sleeping on floor Reception staff and customer services didn't solve the problem and were very rude and unprofessional

I made booking via Agode and the cost was comprehensive all matters But hotel asked me extra money , they said its a tax No any hotel asked extra money in all my travels
