muy contento con el hotel , ubicación excelente, me encanto que este cerca de todo, en pleno centro, el desayuno era fabuloso, estábamos en el piso 7 y la verdad que no se escuchaba mucho transito( el caos que es el cairo¡¡ jaja ) lo que no me gusto....,que absolutamente nadie del personal hable una sola palabra de español.. con el ingles te manejas perfectamente en el hotel,.. mucha seguridad, con detectores de metal, un poco molestos pero bueno después de unos dias te acostumbras..

Hotel muy seguro (pasas varios arcos de seguridad) en una buena ubicación. El desayuno es excelente, con zumos naturales e incluso pizza entre otras cosas. A evitar completamente los pisos superiores (pisos 9 y 10), ya que se escucha y siente el sonido de alta frecuencia de los ventiladores que el edificio tiene en el tejado. Es como escuchar a alguien pasar la aspiradora durante todo el día. Nos reubicaron en el piso 3 y perfecto, simplemente el sonido de la calle, pero no molestaba.

This was my first time in Egypt and my first day in Cairo as i travelled from Hurghada with my 18month old son. I was quite sure where i was going to stay as i had lost my bank card the previous day but thanks to Agodo i was able to book and pay via Paypal which resolved my main issue. As soon as i arrived the staff were extremely attentive and very helpful. They were also very patient as i tried for a good half an hour to book my room. The hotel itself is spectacular, its the best hotel I've stayed in so far for that price because if this hotel was situated in London the price would've been alot more. The facilities are great, the outdoor heated pool and bar area is really nice and has a nice calm ambience. The whole hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant is lovely and they had an excellent choice at breakfast, it was the best breakfast i had throughout my whole trip. Both me and my son loved our stay and hope to return again very son.

The best facilities and everything we had experienced. Hotel is 5 star with a very economical price tag. Staff is excellent and cleanliness is spot on. The rooms are large and bath size is very very good. Really loved the stay. Location is also very good. Just one drawback is the cairo traffic. People of cairo make so much noise via car horn that u can’t imagine. We had room on top floor. Still mornings were noisy. It’s not the fault of hotel but the traffic sense of people in cairo is not good.

We stayed at the Steigenberger Tahrir for round about one month. The hotel is very clean. It`s located close to the National Museum. The restaurant is of very high quality. The breakfast is really really good. The staff was always friendly and professional. Especially Mr.Mokhtaar was Super-Nice and very supporting and friendly during our whole stay. Beautiful hotel with great location! Also the personnel is fantastic, especially Mai from the housekeeping (4th floor). She was a great help and she really impressed us with her friendliness and her hard work! Sayed from the restaurant was also a very great man that helped us so good. Also the doormen were amazing, especially Abdelhalim. He was also a great help! I stayed here for 8 nights and I will definitely come back as soon as I can, because I really had the time of my life. Maybe one thing for feedback is the nonsmoking area in the lobby, when you sit there you still smell the smoke very much. Maybe it’s something to think about, because my mother and I couldn’t sit there for too long. But overall I would strongly recommend this hotel and I would love to come back again! The hotel is super clean and the room was big. Breakfast is exceptional and location is a spot on. Everything is walking distance and you'll be able to reach all the spots walking. The only not so good thing about this hotel is that the swimming pool is very small but it wasn't that big of a deal for us because we weren't there for the pool anyways. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am solo female traveler and u couldn’t happier with my stay! It was clean, in a perfect location. Close to the town, museums, Cairo Bridge, and lots of restaurants. I felt very very safe and the staff was sweet and very accommodating. The rooms were great, clean, comfy bed and quiet at night! Loved it!! Will be back!

A Clean Professional Hotel - in a Dirty City”
California Tourist from San Francisco. As a 63 year old professional traveler I rate this hotel very high. The room as 1st class on the 10th floor (top). The control of the air conditioning was nice and precise. The staff was professional even though my California USA customs are strange to them. Like a large glass fill with ice to make Cold Ice Water for meals. But they were not able to offer me did USA Ice Tea that didn't come without sugar added. It is not a hotel thing - its a supply and demand thing. The hotel was generally bright and welcoming.

Bell boy was very proud of this hotel and shown professional excellent attitude. It was awesome. Security, Front office. Room , lobby , restaurant, for covid hygiene , wifi, everything good. Recommendable. Just 2 things negative: shower water came outside. Shower Floor angle issue. And for breakfast maki sushi roll was so dry , could not eat . Need to check before serve .
