So happy my family and I found this resort! It is a great place to stay! Staff are very friendly and accommodating and food is worth the wait! They have an airport shuttle service which is very convenient as well. Rooms were very spacious and clean with many TV channels to choose from. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable! The shower drain too long long, but everything else was great! Food took long to cook but was worth the wait as it was delicious! Staff are amazing! Very accommodating! Would definitely visit this place again!

Very tranquil location in a busy city”
Pool was dangerously slippery on entry. Too many children in pool during the day and evening. Could only swim peacefully at 7.00 am. Limited breakfast each morning. Luckily I love Bangus!

Room is spacious and clean. A/c's remote is not working. We cannot adust the AC's thermostat. There were mosquitos in our room. Plated breakfast took so long to serve considering its only tapsilog etc. Took about 45 mins before they served the breakfast.

Ok, but not great”
We stayed overnight for a quick getaway from everything. While it is quite the quiet retreat that we've been looking for, I don't think that the place is worth the price. The rooms are big and really great, but it lacks a certain vibe that would make you feel like, you're getting your money's worth. The breakfast was disappointing, but the staff who served us was really nice and polite. The pool looked really beautiful in pictures, but the pool side restroom wasn't really nice. It reeks of odor and doesn't keep up with how much people are paying for. All-in-all, while I badly wanted to love the place, I should've listened to my cousins and booked a different place.

An oasis in a messy city”
Espacio Verde was a very pleasant surprise, a tropical paradise after a nerve wracking drive through a sea of tricycles and a city that could use some zoning laws because right now it looks like it was put together in a hurry. Roxas City is messy and dirty. The river, trash ridden. We went to Baybay for dinner. A pity. The water was full of plastic bottles and all manner of trash. I imagine that Espacio's owners and management, being who they are, would have some influence, not to mention interest in keeping the city relatively presentable if they were to entice more tourists. What is the city mayor doing? What about the barangay captains, etc. How difficult is it to impose anti-littering laws? Having said that, we enjoyed the food at the hotel. We can't say enough about the staff, very attentive and ever ready to help. A pity that Roxas City, compared to it's neighbors, is a big disappointment. It's time for it to wake up and smell the garbage.

I am sorry though on the feedback about Roxas City, as in the past years it has been a recipient of the Cleanest and Greenest Component City in Western Visayas in the Gawad Pangulo sa Kapaligiran. I have fully noted the impressions it gave to you and would surely take this up during our regular meeting with the Association of Resort Restaurants Hotels in Capiz (ARRHC) wherein the Roxas City Government is part of this group. Rest assured that we will address this concern as we the people of Roxas City is serious in our ambitious goal of putting this beautiful place and the Seafood Capital of the Philippines in the world map of Tourism.

I couldn’t find any negative things about this place. Everything was perfect- from the room decor to the staff ‘s attentiveness, to the well tended grounds. I love those Capiz shell chandeliers in the lobby and in the room. The room was large, airy and spacious with an outside balcony. Amenities were provided, including abaca slippers. We had dinner at the Abuelo restaurant and the food was great. Breakfast was good,too. The ambience of this resort is a perfect 10!

It started rocky. I used a 3rd party website to book because it appeared to be cheaper. But the information that website sent over was not for the room their website said it was. Not Espacio’s fault but I showed them proof of what I was told. Their response was not to offer a solution other than the room they received information for and said the upgrade wasn’t available. The next day I noticed almost no one else at the resort and asked more. The upgrades were available. I talked tonthenwebsite who offered to reimburse the difference for an upgrade the last day (2 night stay). Suddenly any room I wanted was available. This is not typical for how a US hotel would resolve it but I can see them not wanting to give out rooms they didn’t get paid for. Other than that, the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are great. The food was excellent. Now the odd part. Maybe there just aren’t a lot of customers on the island who want to pay luxury prices. Beautiful pool that no one ever was seenin

You can’t do better in Capiz”
The rooms here are quite cozy and the staff is wonderful. You run into normal issues in this part of the world with various bugs and cockroaches here and there in your room, so buyer beware and do yourself a favor and bring some OFF lotion. Room service was wonderful, you can get main courses for the same price as appetizers anywhere else in the world. We tried several of the best restaurants in the area, but they all failed in comparison to the restaurants offered at espacio. If you have business to attend to in he area, this place is great, but I won’t be coming back here for leisure purposes.

Beautiful Enviroment”
This resort is a beautiful enviroment for couples and families, the amenties are comfortable, clean and modern. The property is lined with palm trees and provides a large clean pool with slides for the kids, underwater lights in the evening along with a seperate childrens pool. The resort comprises two eating areas one indoor resturant, and large outdoor area beside the pool. We found the staff extreamly helpfull and friendly with the only minor drawback that a couple of times when the resort was full some of the foods and beverages listed on the menu were not available and the desert was brought to the table at the same time as the main meal allowing the ice etc cream to melt. I would definately recomend this resort and will stay there again in the future.
