The room is double booked, I didn’t go to the apartment for staying, instead I have to go to a hotel

Disappointing stay -no hot water”
The location of this property is good however it does not outweigh the fact that our stay was disappointing. Facilities were satisfactory- bed in main room was of poor quality. We did not have hot water despite following the host’s advice on the switch that needed to be on(please check this upon check-in). Agoda is still looking into this matter. It was a truly disappointing stay-tainted our view of Ljubljana. During this holiday we stayed in 8 different places along our road trip and this was place was shameful. It would be good to see how Agoda handles this issue.

Location of the Apartment it's in very good area ..close to the city center..clean,modern ,has almost everything you need for your stay ...the billding in the 3floor with brand new lift...the host Mrs Melina it's a very nice lady and very helpful. Recommended for people visit Ljubljana.

This location can’t be beat, and was a great value for the place. The apartment host was super helpful in recommending transport and directions, and the apartment had everything we could have needed. I stayed here with another female friend and we felt very safe in the apartment and area.

I had a late check in and Millena was so kind and accommodating to wait for my arrival. Apartment is convenient and nearby bus station, grocery and pharmacy. About 5-8 minutes walk and you are in the city center.

호스트는 친절하다 하지만 카드결제는 안되고 오로지 현금결제만 가능. 그리고 청소상태 불량. 이건 진심 개선해야 할 사항임. 엘베가 없어서 무거운짐 끌구 다니는 분들은 비추. 위치는 굉장히 좋음. 역에서 가깝고 관광지랑도 걸어서 다 다닐수 있음.
