I've stayed in this location for 4 days and I can say that we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, excellent location (strategically situated near SM and other fast food restos). Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, AC was cold but few TV channels available, but that's fine since we only stayed in the room just to rest. WIFI in the room was good. It doesn't have a resto on site, but you can easily have food delivered by Foodpanda. Affordable! Will definitely stay again.

Friendly Staff and Great Food!”
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and big. Location is very accessible to places such as malls and restaurant, transportation was not a hassle. Even the guards are friendly. I loved the food on their buffet breakfast especially the ‘Kamote and Saging Rebusado’ in which I was hoping to take some home. When I come back to Zamboanga City, I’d be staying at Ever-O again.

1) Their rooms were still new and they maintaines its cleanliness 2) Staffs were polite 3) we arrived almost mis night and they were quick to setup the extra bed I requested 4) Location is perfect, in the heart of the city. Just adjacent to the SM Mindpro (currently building) Improvement(s): -their parking space is limited (about 4-5 vehicles only). This could be potentially difficult for guests travelling with cars. Overall, Id recommend this hotel. I might come back to it next time when I'm town again.

WORTH GOING BACK TO”
Our booking was last December 22-23 2019. We arrived at midnight since it was a last-minute decision. There was an option to ride the jeepney; but for us, we hailed a taxi to Ever O - costs around P150-200. I couldn't remember what made me choose Ever O Hotel but what I can say is it is worth-it. The staff was accommodating though it took them around 30 minutes to sort out my booking (we waited for them to finish housekeeping). When I saw the room, there was this homey feeling I can't explain. The WiFi is good. There's free water near the elevator so we drank coffee by the window - and realized it's right at the heart of Zamboanga - the City Hall, fast food chains, malls, Fort Pilar and Paseo Del Mar are all walking distance... Although there are cheaper options, I'd say I got the best value for my money.

Bang for the Buck!”
Had a great stay in this hotel.. cozy atmosphere.. split-type AC which is a rarity considering the price point.. sumptuous breakfast.. accommodating staff.. conveniently located at the downtown area.. my only gripe would be the cleanliness as I spotted several baby cockroaches in the bathroom.. Would I stay in this hotel again? Definitely!

Bathroom -is great (shower has hot and cold option which matters most to me). Bed -is fine as well. Restaurant -not really a fan of it but hey there are more selection around the vicinity. Location- perfect! Customer service- they are great! Helpful and attentive. Keep it up!

Maintenance on HOT water”
we were not informed by the check-in counter that no HOT water was available for a week, after a day they restore the water but not HOT but warm only.
