Great Location”
Small hotel near Earl's Court Station, staffs are friendly, with the price we paid, we got breakfast and complete amenities. Would recommend for young travellers.

I spent 2 nights there and I quite enjoyed my stay.Stuff at reception was very, very nice and helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Location is great, just 2 mins walk to Earl Court. The room I had was downstair and quite small(it seems that the ones upstair have more space) but I did appreciate having a nice wood floor instead of stinky carpeting,and the interior design. To make it better I would tighten up some loose screws, put some hooks, especially in the bathroom, and a shelf. The buffet breakfast was good and plenty. I will surely go back again!

The room is big enough and clean. No foul smell. Location is very convenient just a 5 minute walk to train station. Then, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is great! Unlimited! The receptionist named Hany is awesome. He is very accommodating and approachable. We will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

good location but no elevator at 6 th floor!”
The location is close to the Victoria and Albert Hall and only one street away from the tube station. The room is really cramped but clean and furnished with all the utensils and facilities, with which you can cook something simple and heat a cup of tea. The staff are friendly but macho guys, and the breakfast is simple but nice, considering the low price, actually I was surprised they offered breakfast at all. The major downer is that I had to climb seven stairs to reach my room located at the top, it almost drove me insane.

The staff were lovely here - only issue was refurbishment going on however they were happy to refund money if unhappy. Location great and bed was very comfortable! No coffee or tea making facilities in the room which would advise moving forward however they did have the facilities to make yourself downstairs in the breakfast room. Free continental breakfast included again the breakfast area all needs refurbishing as no flooring on the stairs and very dated. For the price and in the area the price was very good. Only issue I did think I had walked into something off faulty towers so would be nice to see after the refurbishment what it would be like as very friendly accommodating staff!

The hotel conveniently situated between Earls Court & Gloucester stations, of which there are many facilities nearby eg. choices of restaurants/pubs/bars, Sainsbury's/Waitrose, boots, fastfood, etc. It is also in a walkable distance to High Street Kensington, V&A, Natural History Museum, Queen's Gate, Kensington Palce, or even Harrods if you keep walking further. The breakfast was okay though don't go down too late as they could ran out. Due to the room size sometimes it could be noisy in case the room next door got young children, etc.

Our stay was plesant and adequate for a two night couples vacation. The room smelt fresh and appeared clean. I didnt like the throw, what was used in replacement of a quilt as it had stains on and was a little crusty, however the hotel was quite cheap. Our hair dryer and razor plug was broken, however the hotel lent a hair dryer in replacement. The breakfast was conternental and ok. I would stay again.

location is good not so far from earl court tube station and there are some shops around the tube station but room is small and some facility in room is still have to improve,toilet is small breakfast is not so much anymore compare with money that pay I think it is value for money

Double Booked”
I booked this hotel for my 30 year old wife to stop in for one night - she had to renew her passport at a foriegn embassy close by. She was travelling from Manchester by coach & due to arrive at Victoria Coach station 9pm. On the day before travelling I phoned the hotel to double check the booking as she would be arriving at approx 10pm. They confirmed the booking. On arrival my wife was told the hotel was FULL & they would try & find another hotel! After a long wait the hotel miraculously found a spare room for her in the same hotel.

Decent enough, quality bathroom, decent bed, clean linen... Unfortunately the cleaner needs sacking... It's generally fine, but there are a few things (like the aircon controller and bathroom light cord) which were DISGUSTING! Spend an extra 5 minutes cleaning and it would have been perfect!

Having traveled the world to many countries this is the worst hotel that my wife have ever stayed in.The rooms were very small they had no space to put any cloths.We stayed in two different rooms and looked at of the rooms five rooms all were terrible .The showers were for the size that children would just find big enough.Their were water stains in the rooms.There is to much to say about this hotel I could go on for pages.This hotel should be aloud to offer rooms.

Dirty, too basic, too expensive”
The stay at the hotel was terrible, was expecting something more than a hostel style room. There was only two single beds in the room with no wardrobes, draws or other facilities. The bathroom light was not working, and with no window in the bathroom it was not possible to get ready in there. The radiator and window sills were thick with dust and had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. The staff, when told about this did not offer any alternative and did offer any refund/exchange for our unhappiness with the room. Overall I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel and I think it is extortionate for the facilities and quality that are on offer, this led me to hand in my key and I found a Travelodge for the night, which was far superior.

this has to be the worst hotel i have stayed in for a long time breakfast had bugs crawling all over two benches prison style to eat in short diabolical the room could not move in it and the bathroom is great if you are about one inch wide reception do not answer their phone stay away
