location was amazing there is a beautiful beach called blue beach right beside the marina within a 2 min walk from the apartment, the appartment is modern and exceptionally clean and it has all the facilities it states available and they are all in new working condition, the property is just as it is in the pictures and is on the first floor sun facing so you get a amazing sunrise and sunset, security is sat on hand 24/7 and is more then happy to help if you do have any questions. I have visited egypt many times staying months at a time (I stayed 3 months this time) and I can honestly say this is one of the best (if not the best) we have rented for location and a easy transaction with the owner there was no messing around all as promised and super helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for cleanliness, modern decor and location. also there is a fixed marked price supermarket within a 1 min walk to get all your shopping and I highly recommend it. 5* we will definitely be returning very soon and will definitely be hoping to return to this apartment

Um bom flat”

Boa localização, o aparatamento é tipo flat com quarto, sala e cozinha no mesmo espaço. É bom e bonito, tem fogão, forno microondas, geladeira, mesa. A piscina é muito boa

Não tem internet no apartamento, o colchão estava fundo e alguns funcionários só falam árabe, mas nada que dificulte.

Очень хорошее расположение и новая мебель

После 7 вечера и до 3 часов ночи ведутся ремонтные работы.. Собирается и передвигается мебель.. Кафельная плитка очень хорошо передаёт всё звуки. Шелуха от семечек и пепел от сигарет были на моём балконе от рабочих, которые постоянно ходили туда и обратно. На мои просьбы делать это в другое время или в другом месте мне откровенно врали, что это шум от магазина снизу, но я и моя подруга хорошо слышали звуки сверху. Заезд был в три часа ночи, когда легла спать, обнаружила, что постельное бельё сырое.. И когда отмыла на утро полы, плитка оказалась персиковая, а не коричневая.

Отличный отель и по расположению и по чистоте. В номере есть кухня и стиральная машина. Отношение персонала очень внимательное. Мы оплатили дополнительную ночь, но она нам не понадобилась. И нам вернули деньги. Это очень приятно и важно. Показывает отношение к гостям. Мы будем всем рекомендовать. Спасибо за вашу работу

Несоответствие название апартаментов в букинге и в реальности. Из-за этого мы не нашли отель ночью, когда прилетели и вынуждены были ночевать в соседнем. Реальное название Sheraton Plaza
