Wonderful Stay & Helpful Staff”
While on quarantine the staff took good care of me, made me feel comfortable. Attended to my needs yet practiced proper social distancing. I am glad I chose this hotel as my quarantine hotel. My 5 days went by so fast because the internet connection was really good. Thanks, Ms Irish, Kyle, and Ms A. I had a pleasant quarantine stay.

One of my regular hotel”
Although a little bit inconvenient to find this hotel for the first time, you can find this hotel is very comfortable and good to stay from your 2nd stay here.. Breakfast is also nice. 5 - 10 minutes tricycle ride to Gaisano Mactan. All the Staff is very kind and have a good smile. Wi-Fi connection is sometimes poor, however, it always happens in the Philippines.

10 days quarantine at the Express Inn was pretty quiet. The hotel is in a good location, around 20mins away from the airport without traffic. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I had multiple concerns wd my booking but the staff and Agoda were wonderful supports. You can request the staff to put you in a room wd a strong signal. The toilet needs fixing since the flush never worked so I was provided a pail and a dipper (tabo) that I can use. If the rating is based on the staff, this hotel is worth your penny. But, if facilities are in the equation, you will be disappointed.

We did use it only for one night close to the airport, to avoid the traffic on the bridges. Restaurant price for breakfast 85 peso including coffee or juice, coffee alone 65. Use Grab for airport.

Room and furnishings were in fair condition. location was quiet, but no conveniences within comfortable walking distances, Only a few simple restaurants a long walk away. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were informed that wifi reception very poor in some rooms. Our wifi was good, as we were right next to a router. Very limited television selection, although they claim satellite/cable tv in the rooms, only 7 channels were available including a couple of philippine channels, cartoon channel, and 1 news channel. reception also informed us at checkin that it is necessary to let hot water run in shower for 3 mins. before it get warm. Ours was hot after about 30 sec., however we were on the second floor, maybe takes longer on the 5th floor. Breakfast offered with the rooms was ala carte with only 3 choices - fish, corned beef, or luncheon meat. All in all, our stay was acceptable for the price.

Budget rooms are really small. Own bathroom is really small can hardly move. But with free personal items soap and shampoo only. Noisy aircon. But at least you can sleep ok.
