TERRIBLE! Shower malfunctioned since Day ONE and not fixed till I checked out (day FOUR)”

The knob to turn adjust the water temperature was stuck since the day I checked in. The water was TOO hot to shower in. I called the number immediately, the rep (airsorted) to this apartment picked up and I sent video and photo of the malfunctioned shower facility shortly after. For all the days after, they have ZERO initiative to update me of the situation. And everyday that I asked them for update, the rep tells me the host has not replied. Basically, “sorry, the host hasn’t replied/approved, we can’t send someone to fix the shower.” How impractical is this service?! Taking a shower is something so basic but the rep can’t make the decision to help the customer?! 3 of us had to share the other shower but what a waste of my time and money spent. It’s been day FIVE, they still have zero initiative to update me. I really don’t expect much, even a “sorry the host hasn’t replied” will suffice but no, nothing at all! I’m seeking for a partial refund but of course, the host hasn’t replied. They can’t do anything. Absolutely horrible service! Good luck to those who booked the apartment. Hope nothing breaks down because u probably have to wait for more than 5 DAYS for them to send someone to fix it.
