If you don't have any other choice, this could be an option. 1. Noise- It's wooden, so no noise isolation. Kinda gloomy, pin drop silence. 2. Cleanliness- I got a room with someone's clothes left, dust and bugs on the window and bedbugs. 3. Everyone is keeping bicycles outside in a conjusted space, but they asked me to put it in coin parking. 4. Some people are not friendly to foreigner, no matter how good you behave. 5. Long hair stuck in bathroom, blockage. Cleanliness is issue. Tip: They'll only clean your room once during your stay. So, if you want the room clean, book in parts instead of one go.

My room is small, not clean, there is dust everywhere, insects, someone's hair on the bed, clothes and hairdryer of person who stayed before me. No one to contact in building, space is conjusted, poor voice isolation from adjacent rooms.
