My stay has been very enjoyable! I have enjoyed the staff and almost feel as if they’re family! This is the main reason why I’ve stayed as long as I have! They treat me like a human being and not just a customer, or just someone renting a room! Respect is everything to me! I always try to give it, and expect it in return! It makes life easier! And I appreciate the fact that I receive here!!!

The rooms were clean and they have full sized fridge and stove with sink. No pots and pans or any utensils. The television goes out at any moment but comes back on a few minutes later. When it rains the television is off the entire time.

Bathroom was almost out of toilet paper and no back up roll. Room seemed clean. I don’t like towels etc stored over the toilet because of the aerosol effect with flushing. Desk staff person was friendly, professional and speedy. I would stay again.

The water in the shower and the basin NEVER got hot. That is unacceptable. Even though staff does not come to the rooms, whenever they were encountered on the premises, they were pleasant. There was NO ice machine and when I went down for the continental breakfast, there was NO hot water. The iron in the room did not work and the staff person could not find a replacement. I asked one of the patrons if I could use their iron and it leaked all over my clothes. These are the reasons I will not recommend this motel.

I was disgusted by the customer service, first 10 sec without even pulling up my reservation she told me she couldn’t book my room because I had a NC ID, we had to switch the reservation to her name, we get in the room there’s a hole in the recliner and the leather was coming off, the paint was chipping on the wall, there was another persons hair in the bathroom, a roach crawled in the bathroom. The bed had food crumbs on it, but it was made when we walked in. I grew up in Fayetteville North Carolina I moved to VA 6 years ago, I came back to visit and that’s what I was greeted with. It was poor effort by hotel, not to mention the hostess was on FaceTime the whole time she conducted the transaction. Piss poor customer service and presentation I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smoke stinky, stained & sticky rug, EW factor”
Despite signs (no smoking) the room, the curtains and the AC air filter were saturated with smoke. The AC unit and fridge sounded like a construction site, tag team loudness. No coffee maker, microwave was lots of work as basics didn't apply. No hair dryer in bathroom. Too $$$ for the degree of grunge. Old, dirty, out-dated, do check room before accepting it. I didn't change rooms because after waiting nearly 2 hours to check in at 1:30PM, i was late to the appointment which was the reason I'd come to the area. Great location and that is all. For an extended stay accommodation, no amenities, well iron and board, not what is offered at Comfort inn, Red Roof, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, all offer clean rooms, complementary coffee (coffee maker in room) and wall mounted hair dryer.

House Keeping”
Housekeeping is nonexistent. You’re required to take your dirty towels to the office to exchange them. You’re also required to get your own sheets and make your own bed. And finally if you want the trash taken out you have to go to the back of the facility and find the dumpster. But if you stay there for two weeks somebody will finally come and clean your room.

Well they don't clean your room so when I try to change my linens it takes two or three days to get the right sizes and correct stuff and it looks like they have been being used for some years
