Felt like home”
The staff here are absolutely phenomenal and made my stay here nothing but an exceptional experience and I felt like this was my home away from home during my extended (2 month) stay here. The manager Moses, does an outstanding job helping with anything needed during my stay as well as showed above and beyond hospitality! This would be hotel choice whenever I need a room again in the future! I can’t thank the entire staff enough for a truly pleasant experience during my stay!

I felt super comfortable, I love the small apartment feel, the kitchenette, room is very well put together, close to many businesses, convenient for walkers and drivers. I was spoiled staying here and have no interest in staying at any other hotel.

Best place to stay EVER”
This hotel is the best I've ever stayed at. The staff especially Birgit, Wilda, and Moses make you feel like your family. They will do anything to make your stay better. I would tell my friends and family to stay ONLY here. When I leave here it will be like leaving a part of my family.

Receptionist was polite, efficient, helpful and friendly. Our room was a suite, so included a kitchen with fridge freezer, full stove, microwave and kitchen bar with stools. It was an excellent stay.

Clean and very adequate”
Extended Stay America met all our needs. It was clean, check in quick and easy, had a kitchenette and dishes were brought very quickly. bed was comfortable. The only negative was the remote would not allow CC, but man at front desk, changed it out for one that worked.

Pretty nice place, but the shower is Luke warm at best. I definitely like hot showers, especially after working all day. I do love the kitchen though, it’s nice to have a big refrigerator!

Good with the Bad”
The set is perfect for longer stays week or two. Issue is that if you don't know for sure how long you will be there and need to extend your stay then they will not keep your rate active. I tried to extend my stay and had a 66.41 cent rate during my first 2 weeks, but a third week would have averaged out about 76 a day or an additional 70 bucks. Not sure they care about loyalty.

BE PREPARED FOR DOG NOISES”
This hotel is nice except for the fact that some thoughtless dog owner left their large dog unattended starting at around 7:30 am at which the dog started crying, howling, and scratching. All of which waked me up despite the room being 4 down from mine. You have been warned. If you are a light sleeper ask for verification that there are NO DOGS on your floor nor above or below you. Otherwise you may have to check out early which I did only to find out is complicated to get unused nights refunded as card info held by gooking company, in this case AGODA. This meant I had to spend about an hour to insure I was credited back for unused nights.
