Expected Little / Got Little”
This stay confirmed that you definitely get what you pay for. The structure is painted and carpeted in dark, dreary colors. Under the vinyl and carpet is questionable subflooring. There were “soft” spots everywhere. Inside the unit the carpet was filthy. When I arrived at my studio unit, I Had to immediately start cleaning and sanitizing. There was no sign of roaches or bedbugs, thank goodness! The vegetable drawer was full of water ( I assume a leak) and the tub faucet leaked steadily leaving a slimy, brown residue on the front quarter of the tub. I got out my cleaning supplies and disinfectant and made the space acceptable. I checked the mattress and it was clean and decent. I put my own linens on the bed so it was comfy. I liked the kitchen in the unit, but I had to purchase basics like a pan and baking sheet. I used paper plates and plastic utensils. The cabinets were empty. My second day staying, I developed a constant sinus headache and cough. ALLERGIES! I am assuming maybe mold or dirty carpets. Should I add an air purifier next time? No room in the car after packing cleaning supplies, linens, kitchen cookware...etc.

facility needs some TLC. Walls in foyers, elevators, hallways and my room are scuffed, pealing paint. Breakfast is very, very limited. I needed to print something from an email and no public computer is available.

Awful hotel. Tried to cancel as soon as we viewed our room. No facilities in room what so ever. Room looked out into metal bars surrounding pool. Tried to cancel next 2 nights, but despite trying to contact Agoda for 30 minutes we were not able to speak to anybody. Left hotel and had to find other accommodation.

Lying Staff members ”
I stayed here 1 night with my family ! I loved the extended stay and would prefer to stay at commodity circle where the staff is professional. Nonetheless, I stayed here and I didn’t know who was the employee, there was a young lady named Teyanah who was running around with 2 guest / ladies who had pajamas on and didn’t work there and another young lady in the morning who didn’t have a uniform on. It was confusing as to who was working PERIOD. Not only was there unprofessional staff .. they had the nerve to lie on me saying I made a scene and didn’t have an ID .. this ultimately stopped me from being able to book at any extent stay . I was stranded with my 20 month old twins because the staff LIED! Whenever I return I will see those ladies face to face ! Don’t waste your money here go see Kelly at commodity circle such a better Staff and experience !

Definitely worth $85 but …”
Specious room with large bed, you get a small kitchenette with that as well. Pretty clean. Only thing they sell you room with breakfast which is basically Coffee and instant oatmeal with water. That’s pretty much it, no waffles, no yogurts, fruit or anything else, so you will eat breakfast somewhere else. It’s great for solo, business stay, not so much for family.

Extended stay are a great value if traveling. Understand there are people that are there for e tended stays and sometimes there is drama. Florida is experiences a growth spurt and within the last 2 years a homeless and drug addiction which touches every part of this state. Alway be aware of your surroundings.
