Near the OCCC for meetings”
this is the least expensive hotel in walking distance of the convention center. free minimal continental breakfast is also a convenience. the room is large but very dated. Reminds you of a 90's Motel 6. But the bed and air conditioning was very good.

Overall, I wasn't very impressed with what was available. Breakfast was terrible (no milk throughout the entire stay and no refrigerator for much of the stay- so no yogurt, cream cheese, etc). My AC didn't work the first night (because of a loose cable I was told)- not great in FL. My toilet only worked every 3 flushes, the other times I had to fill up the back with a pot.

The room was ok. Fortunately it was under $100. If it cost anymore I’d have been extremely dissatisfied. There were pairs of socks and dustbunnies under the bed, mold on the bottom of the curtain as well as around the tub handle and around 8 black hairs under the comforter and around the room. It came with a fridge, microwave and you were able to request dishes and a toaster. I didn’t expect much for under 100, the staff was friendly. I felt safe and that was a huge consideration, a little loud being near the highway, but overall fairly quite. I give it 3 stars out of five.

Call to make sure they have rooms before you book. We got here after 9 pm and 4 hours of driving just to be told they got rooms mixed up and overbooked and then she was the only one working. Its not the cleanest and a little shady but it’s in a good area. Seems like the one that just says Convention Center might be newer than this Sports Complex. Front desk workers were nice though. They helped get us a free cancellation.

Disappointing ”
The hotel is out dated and had a very bad smell upon entering the room. Kitchen cabinets peeling and stove was ancient. Ac worked very well. No pool. Older hotel made to look somewhat knew. Eating area is basically a hallway.

Being someone who use to work in the hotel industry I was disappointed. Below are pros/cons: Pros: conveniently located near the convention center and other attractions. when staying longer stays you do get the mini kitchen. Price point is "ok", but base on the cons may not be worth it. pet friendly. Con: very rarely was there a human at the front desk, and one out of the very few I encountered was extremely rude and should not work in hospitality or customer service. They advertise a continental breakfast, however while during my stay they only served muffins, juice, and breakfast bars (probably because of Covid?). The rooms DESPARATELY need updating and are pretty run down. Functionally they don't work with how they are set up in conjunction with kitchen/bathroom/front door location. I wish I could get a partial refund since my stay was not worth what I paid.

Don’t expect anything and you won’t be disssapointed”
This is an extended stay which means exactly that. People stay here for extended periods for work, etc. you see and meet all kinds of characters. It is a no frills place. You have to order your own towels every day and pick up from front desk. No pots and pans have to get from. Front desk. Had incident where neighbor was partying and front desk did nothing. Had room changed the next day. Also the one we stayed at was per friendly, so first room smelled like dog piss. And you can sometimes hear dogs barking. But for the price and location and we changed to a Disney reaper later on the vacation it suited our needs.

Worst stay ever”
The front staff was nice. The sheets were discussing and full of stains. Asked for another set that we put on ourselves. We left and went out to dinner. Upon entering our room we found the TV not working. We tried to use the phone to call the front desk and it was not working I then went to the front desk to complain and she said maintenance would not be there until the next morning. What??? Really??? When e woke up to go to breakfast we’ll before the closing time, we found the chairs up and still dirty floors from yesterday. The food that was left was the same 3 pieces of white bread, 2 pieces of raisin bread and the stale bagel from the day before. What happened to the free breakfast. When we were getting ready to leave we noticed bugs on the sheets. This was a disgustingly nasty experience for us. Do not go

The dirty sheets stood out. The dirty hotel stood out. It was a bad experience. We all were bitten but something bed bugs, fleas something which left us itchy with bumps all over us. I'm warning you don't do this hotel pay the extra somewhere else and sleep better.

I am not a picky person and I’ve stayed at many hotels in and out of the US, but this facility was filthy with ann anctive insect infestation. Hopefully, it was just cockroaches and not bed bugs. Agoda should not be offering this hotel as an option and you should not book this hotel. Period.

The staff was extremely friendly at check in and every day with a Goodmorning afternoon or asking how my day was. Couldn’t say enough about the staff. But my shower curtain was ripped off the wall, my tub filled with water when taking a shower because the drain was extremely clogged. The front of the fridge was yellow. The tv is extremely dated and tiny. The smallest flattest unfilled pillows I have ever been given in my life.
