          Studio apartment walkable distance to universal studios ”

          Check in was quick and the person at the reception Mr. Angel was prompt and ensured we got everything we needed right from cutlery to other miscellaneous items. We liked the location since we could walk to Universal studios city walk and the park. Many places to eat which is walkable distance or you could cook in the room as you have a gas and cooking utensils available. Loved the breakfast too for grab and go

          Stay away if you can, roaches, no house keeping until you stay for seven Days even if there are roaches crawling!! breakfast was like keeping the fast..no milk, not even cups..

          The worst hotel ever!”

          First, the hotel esa very dirty. The a/c was broke. The beds smell bad (pee) and the last night someone entered the room and stole us belongings. Please NEVER STAY IN THAT HOTEL.

          We never got to stay there there was no one there to check us in either because your site didn’t explain to us that we had to be there by 7 PM so we moved onto a different property so we never use the facilities or stay there. They’re disappointed with your site as well for not explaining or letting us know that we had to be there by a certain time. Would like a refund if it all possible

          Pessimo hotel. Limpeza terrivel. Tudo velho. Meu quarto estava com a descarga quebrada ao reclamar a funcionaria bateu a porta na minha cara, disse q o hotel estava cheio e nao podia fazer nada. Nome dela Samira. Nome do gerente que tb nao resolveu nada no dia seguinte Noel.
