Management canceled one of my reservations without me knowing then second in command of management next day banged on my door demanded that I get out like I have not been staying there for six previous days and spent over $1000 at the establishment and stayed there previously countless times she was very rude violating disrespectful and unprofessional Erica then Erica states once I leave the room and go downstairs because she’s requested me to leave that the general manager is the one that cancel my reservation and she canceled it because of my disrespectfulness The previous night before if you look on the cameras around 1 AM I’m coming downstairs to get a soda you can see that The general manager whose name I cannot recall at this point but she is oriental in some manner she called me over to the front desk I was not headed in her direction she asked me do I want to check in early so that I can sleep throughout the day I say yes All of my previous reservations have been pre-paid t

Some my fault. I didn’t read far that cleaning daily was $10/day. Breakfast was coffee if made and a muffin the size of a golf ball or snack bars. All said for the the extra $10 I could have had a regular hotel

This was a 1 star hotel. They didn’t have any pots, pans, or anything at all in the kitchen. The cupboards were completely bare. The bed was ok but not that comfortable. There were very few extras. Soap. No lotion, or shampoo. It was very disappointing. Their breakfast was a grab and go breakfast. There was no decaf coffee. Only prewrapped muffins and granola bars. Very disappointing.
