I came to Extended Stay given the great rate for just a quick night's sleep. I was planning on dropping my cars, bags, going out for a Sunday Funday then going to bed late and leaving super early. I had no idea that - Parking was super easy and widely available (and free) at the hotel - The check in service would be SO FRIENDLY. Mack was amazing. Not only did he welcome me, but he told me about all the amenities, made sure all my questions were answered and even asked how everything was when I headed out. He went above and beyond to make my check in experience REALLY great. I didn't expect this level of service from such a basic hotel. Thanks Mack! - The room was totally adequate and very large I'd recommend if you're looking somewhere basic to stay for a night.

I've stayed at over a hundred Hotels and Extended Stays throughout S. Florida....and I can say without a doubt that this one has been the best. The staff is great....very polite and made us feel right at home. The rooms are great and Huge!

Extended stay is the perfect place to stay as the employees are helpful and very courteous, the building is spotless and well maintained. The only issue I have is that amenities like the gym, pool, and there’s no breakfast due to COVID but customers are still charged for those things

The rooms were fully equipped with everything I needed. Not to mention oversized and the staff was extremely helpful... Ready to assist with any requests, wants or needs that I had. I'd say it's run very professionally

It was ok ”
It was a good room to stay one night but I came across a few problem. When I first got to my door there was a beer bottle so that was disgusting to see. I had a new born so I ask the front desk if she had a play pen and no they don't have one so I had to sleep with my new born which was so unsafe plus I had my toddler with me as well. And they did not have a toilet Plunger my toilet was clog.

The only con was that you have to request all dishes for the kitchen...I had to carry a tub up to my room with the necessary items....seems a little low class!

HOUSEKEEPING NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ”
MY FIRST DAY HERE I FOUND FECES ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE TOILET WHEN I REPORTED IT TO THE STAFF ONLY THING THEY DID WAS APOLOGIZE OFFERED ONE FREE STAY THEN WHEN I CHANGED ROOMS I LOST MY EARRING IN THE MIST OF ME LOOKING FOR MY EARRING I MOVED THE NIGHT STAND FOUND A BABY DIAPER SYRINGE TOP ALONG WITH OTHER TRASH AGAIN ONLY THING THE STAFF CAN SAY WOW WELL IM SORRY THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD OUTLOOK TO A INDIVIDUAL WITH A HIGH CASE OF OCD IT MAKES YOU SECOND GUESS ARE THE BEDDING GETTING CHANGED ON A REGULAR LIKE IT SUPPOSED TO BE

Staff was useless ”
We reserved a room over a month in advance and called the morning we were arriving to confirm our room and when we arrived the front desk helper said there was only a single room… I was starting to be a Karen and asked for a manager and suddenly he found one. Then he said they had no clean pillows and could only give me 3 plates and no pots or pans ( which is also what I called to confirm that morning) the whole purpose of getting that room was to accommodate my whole family. We had groceries to cook and couldn’t and no pillows 🙄. And god forbid you have to ask the guy at the front desk for anything at all…

Roaches”
This hotel was filthy , dirty sheets , they had dead roaches in the shower. We stayed for a 3 day weekend for a little girls slumber party . The pillows had make up stains on it from someone else previous . The shower was cold . No room service when asked about it she said “they don’t do it over the weekend” never again. Wouldn’t recommend

Quiet and walking distance to Wal-Mart, fast food like Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, 7 eleven for great pizza, and Racetrack for buy one get one free got dogs, corn dogs, and cheese dogs for only $1.69, location is simply awesome! It was so,great that I stayed 2 months and I was on a monthly rate at $94 per day!
