You get what you pay for but good staff helpful and friendly. Rooms tired and dated but close to port for ferry .for a one bight sleepover it does the job

We arrived in the property around 30 minutes past 9 in the evening. The reception staff was surprised when I said reservation from Agoda, then she looked in her PC, but until I handed over to her our voucher she immediately open a file for us. Upon opening the room, ( an executive room) a strange smell came out from the room, like an old stuff of clothes. The bed is pretty fine and bathroom is average. The room has a very noisy neighbours plus you can hear doors being closed nearby. The sattelite TV channels are distorted and not clear. One thing more is the door rug infront of the bathroom was full of sands, you can fell it when you step on it from the shower, I think this to be taken seriously on a Executive room like that.

An eventful stay”
You are forced to choose between sleeping in 50 degrees celsius or to put on the AC and sleep in 100dB because that thing is loud! We also had an uninvited quest in our room. At some point in the evening my friend noticed a thing crawling in the floor. It quickly retreated under the bathroom in a hole that apparently itself had made. My friend didnt quite see what it was but quessing by the sound it makes chewing off the floor it was a huge ass cockroach or a mouse. We tried to cover up the hole with a towel so it wouldnt come chewing our noses during the night. In the morning we noticed the towel had been partly eaten also. We didnt ask for a room change so you cant put the blame only on the hotel, because they probably dont know about the tenant in the room. Anyways we didnt have much sleep because of the loud AC and almost even loudier floor chewing noises. The wifi worked OK in our room and the staff was friendly for what its worth

A Hotel in Ramshackle Neighborhood”
This hotel is a classic example that proves that online pictures and descriptions lie. It is obviously an establishment whose ratings and descriptions were written and posted mostly by its friendly patrons and friends. At the outset, the location was severely off, being right smack in what seemed like a low er middle class residential area where tricycles swarmed. Its entrance occupied the sidewalk and there was no parking for cars. The lobby was garishly adorned and the staff, from the counter people to the guard and cleaner, spoke at high levels as though they shouted every minute. There was no coffee shop or dining outlet that one has to go kilometers away for decent food. Rooms smelled foul (of marang and durian); air conditioning was faulty. Two guests also complained about it. We stayed two nights but no one even bothered to tidy up even for a moment. All told, it was a lpusy experience for the amount paid.

A decent hotel bad part of town poor staff never heard of agoda didn't know they have it the staff had bad attitude for foreiners I ordered good and got 1 piece of bloody fried chicken and a small cup of rice terrible service

Es un sitio para pasar como mucho una noche. Nos han cobrado 25€ sin desayuno, es el menos caro de la ubicación pero caro para lo que ofrecen. No teníamos mando de la tele y cuando fuimos a pedirlo, me han pedido el pasaporte, sin entender porque y pasamos media hora viendo entrar gente distinta probando mandos de marcas q sabíamos que no iban a funcionar... En fin... Es un sitio de paso.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit schlafenden Staffs ”
Das Hotel ist für die Weiterreise gut gelegen. Nach dem Checkin sind vor allem schlafende Staffs im oeffentlichen Bereich vom 2. floor aufgefallen. Wiederum sah man Reinigungspersonal in den Hotelzimmer auf den Betten liegen und schauten Fernsehen. Der Duschraum und Toilette sind in einem ca. 3.5 m2 grosen Raum. Durch die rinnende Dusche war der Boden immer nass und man brachte das Wasser in das Schlafzimmer. Wie kann man sich da 2 Sterne verleihen wenn das Management nicht kontrolliert.

旅行中の荷物置き場、シャワー、ＷｉＦｉの為だけで利用しました。住宅地の中にあって繁華街（シティーホール）まで歩くのはちょっときつい位の場所、空港やバスターミナルやガイサノまではトライを使ってダイレクトで６０ペソ、トライと軽バスの２ライドで２８ペソでした。ホテルは換気が無く、湿気が多い、バスルームの前に汚く濡れたバスマット？玄関マット？が敷いてある、部屋の掃除はオーダー制で掃除後のバスルームはビシャビシャで温水器に水が掛かって漏電していた、とても危険です。インターネットは遅くてＷｉＦｉは強いがサーバーが時々落ちてる。室内でゆっくりするよりロビーの方が快適。このホテルを予約したのは私のミスです。
