I would give them 5*! Everything was amazing and they allowed us to check in lot earlier, when I requested for late checkout then also accommodate that for us. Recommended but a lot of space for improvement ”
Hotel is very clean, spacious room and clean hallways. Staff polite, pretty much attentive on spot. Breakfast is good, solid selection and good service, good value for money. Offered late c/o which was very nice gesture and good approach from FO supervisor/manager. Check-in took some time but it was okay, also very strange procedure to sign blindly inventory in the room on arrival, been traveling a lot and have never seen this before. Past 10pm no one was answering the calls, tried to call HSK to get blanket, tried to order food from IRD and tried to get operator/reception for almost an hour, no pick-up and no call back. Overall it is recommended, good stay but definitely a lot of space for improvement and lost revenue due to not picking up calls.

I recommended Ezdan hotel west bay for staying for groups. It was very nice and warm experience since the staff are very accommodating Especially to Mr. Mansoor who are very kind and very accommodating person in reception and who never leave us from the very beginning of our check in moment, until our check out. I love my stay there, and the location of the place, Pool is huge. a lot of facilities that you can enjoy. Price is good. Staff are very nice and accommodating except to the reception who asked me if I left the bath robe i requested in the room. I don't wanna assume anything but I think it's a bit rude to ask about it, knowing that there are staffs who will check the room before we leave and before they return the deposited amount. I received my deposited cash and left.

New Year Overnight Staycation”
I only stayed for 1 night just over thw weekend but I can say that even though my stay was really short - I felt totally relax. Upon checked-in, the reception asked for a cash deposit, gave my room card key and written the room # and Wi-Fi password. The bellman assisted me to my room. I was really surprised that they granted my reuqest to stay on the highest floor as possible since they emailed me that it would be upon availability. Well, they granted it so it makes me happy plus the window was overlooking the sea which you can see the sunrise. There are plenty of options in the buffet during breakfast. The pool area was so relaxing. All went well not until during check-outs. The front desk staffs collected the card keys from the checking out guests included me and asked us to wait to be called so that they would gave us the deposit back. I waited more than 30minutes and had to check the front desk staffs multiple times. They could check-out one guest at a time (room check, give back the deposit and then proceed to the next guest). Overall was great. 👍
