Recommended but lot of space for improvement”
Positive: Hotel is very clean, spacious room and clean hallways. Staff polite, pretty much attentive on spot. Breakfast is good, solid selection and good service, good value for money. Offered late c/o which was very nice gesture and good approach from FO supervisor/manager. Negative: Check-in took some time but it was okay, also very strange procedure to sign blindly inventory in the room on arrival, been traveling a lot and have never seen this before. Past 10pm no one was answering the calls, tried to call HSK to get blanket, tried to order food from IRD and tried to get operator/reception for almost an hour, no pick-up and no call back. Overall it is recommended, good stay but definitely a lot of space for improvement and lost revenue due to not picking up calls.

Best Value for a 5 star hotel”
The 3 days, 2 nights stay at Ezdan Palace with my husband and 9 yr old son was really the best value stay for the weekend. The staff are all accommodating with a ready smile for their guests. Special thanks to George and his team from All Day Dining who were very attentive to our food and requests. We will definitely return to this quiet, plush and very clean hotel. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

Great Stay! Great Rooms!”
I stayed in Ezdan hotel for a few days, the rooms are great! But i believe that there are people that stays in the non smoking room but they are smoking inside, the staff should try to eliminate the smoke smell in the non smoking rooms before a new occupant stays inside. Other then that, it was a good stay.

Amazing 5 Star Hotel with 7 Star Service for the price of 4 Star!”
One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever been to. Everything is super clean, beautiful and luxurious. Amenities are amazing and the staff is super friendly. To be honest, this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. The amazing thing is prices are a fraction of what other 5 star hotels are asking for in Qatar. A must try experience in Doha! Well done Ezdan...! Highly recommended.

Something you should try”
The hotel is in a unique location however it is close to several shopping malls. The room was spacious. The hallway going to your room is quite elegant. The pool was really nice. It is big and wide so it won't get congested. There is also pool for the children. The lights are beautiful at night. The breakfast is intercontinental. The staff is good and it did not take us long to check-in. I will surely come back to this place.

I waited for a very long time, about an hour, to check in, as my reservation was not found, and then they told me that it was there!! I have not been compensated for anything!! Unprofessional stuff.
