Awesome place in BGC”
the location is best, staff super helpful. 3rd floor restaurant staff is super prompt. food options are limited however it doesnt matter since everything is in walking distance including landmark super market. options in bar is great. 3rd floor terrace restaurant is such a peaceful place. best thing is its got 3 swimming pools on 3rd floor. as in most cases in Manila which is strictly no smoking, this hotel has a dedicated smoking area on 3rd floor which is a blessing for people who smoke. Staff at restaurant by the name of Ace and the long hair guy at the bar [forgot his name :-(] are dedicated, professional and really passionate about their work. WIll definitely stay here on my next visit. My room was on 28th floor and had a great view. Only thing which can be improved is room service timings are till 10PM. can be extended for the night as well.

Nice Updates to the property!”
Our first time at F1 since 2014, and the updates, especially the elevators were very nice! The rooms as well looked better since we were last there. The restaurant still looked great, just that some of the food was cold, which didn't make sense. Also, had to ask for a 2nd glass for the room which should have been there, and there was no where to throw garbage. The only garbage bin was in the bathroom, lol! Would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, not only in the Living area, and better channels. Besides that, loved the view and especially the BED!! Very clean and spacious!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

A wonderful family stay ”
No-fuss check-in and check-out with their nice and friendly staff. We had a clean, large and spacious room with ample closets for a small family, a very comfortable bed with fresh- smelling linen and covers, and a nice clean shower and bath complete with essential toiletries. Decent free WiFi is also available in-room for a max of 3 devices. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant buffet that featured a a range of food choices from porridge and cereals, to pancakes and waffles, to bread and rice, to omelets, bacon and sausages, to fresh fruits and garden salad . With flowing coffee and a variety of fruit juices. The pool options were also fairly decent - a lapping pool, a wading pool and a kiddie pool. I think it's thoughtful to have such options skillfully designed and built into a limited space. A booked room also corresponds to one free parking slot for the duration of the stay.

Highly recommended! Would love to book again”
First, the location is very ideal and the value of money as well. The staffs are awesome and it’s very smooth transaction from checking-in to checking out. We even have special requests like late check-in and late check-out to fit our schedules and they are very generous to accommodate our requests! I like how spacious the room is. The only down-side I guess is the room food choices for service. They have limited choice like only the bento meal is available. Hope they could have other options. But overall, cleanliness and ambiance in the room is great!

Anniversary with the kids”
The room is very spacious, the bathroom is quite small though. The location is very ideal, we had an afternoon stroll to the malls and night stroll at the parks with the kids. Mitsukoshi Mall, Uptown and Landers were 11 mins away on foot. Landmark and Mini Stop is just across the hotel if you need a quick snack. Our kids loved the pool and breakfast buffet. Our family will definitely be back here. Staff is very attentive with 5-star service. They even sent us an anniversary cake. Thank you very much!

Pretty good for a comfortable stay.”
We just stayed one night for an event. They did not have enough parking spaces for check-in guests since their parking was full due to an event in th hotel. This makes no sense since check-in guests should be their priority. They should reserve slots for check-in guests and not allow them to be used by visitors. Another gaff was that check-in time is 2pm but the room was not yet ready for us when we arrived at 4:30pm. We only waited 10mins before we could enter the room, but this is also something that should have already been ready beforehand. Other than these, our hotel stay was very comfortable and quiet. The room and toilet were clean (but they didn't check the toilet biget--- it was a strong as a firehose, and the hose itself had a mechanical problem that could cause injury [yes I got pinched by that defect and it tore off a bit of skin]. It was not a serious injury, but an injury nevertheless). Staff was very polite but they are not good at appeasing customer complaints, they only smiled, apologized for inconvenience, and that was it. It's not a big deal for me but as long as you don't require any sort of intervention from hotel staff, the hotel itself if pretty good for the price point and location. I still recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in BGC area.

Our stay was woth rrmembering. The hotel staffs (reception, cleaning personnel special mention the dining staff were so attentive to our need, kudos), were awesome. My husband and I can't wait to have another US time again.

F1 hotel rooms are big and spacious. They have the comfiest bed and pillows too. It’s our 2nd stay here and we enjoyed it so much because it so near the BGC High street. Staying here is so convenient. Loving the clock/bluetooth speaker too. Hihi Will definitely go back here

Here for business. It is the cheapest hotel that you can get for such a prime area at BGC. I don't understand why is it a 2 star hotel when it has a lot of facilities. Rooms are big and clean, internet is decent here. Breakfast here is great, always looking forward to every breakfast. Housekeeping is always immaculate and I only have praise for them. Staff here is always very polite and helpful. For the gym folks, the gym might be small but relatively well equipped. There is a lap pool but it is a mystery why does it actually open so late? Probably the only unfortunate part is most folks will already be out for work by the time the pool opens. Doesn't seem to have high usage. Rooms here may have some traffic noise (but it's Manila so yeah) and expect a lot of sirens (considering St Luke's Hospital is just opposite) But still a highly recommended place for its price. The hotel is definitely more than a 2 star hotel

Very strategic location. Right across St. Lukes Medical Center, S&R, & Landmark Supermarket. Also just 1 block away from Bonifacio High Street for great dining & shopping options! Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet spread is also great. Only downside is the tight basement parking w/c can be challenging for SUVs & big vehicles.

F1 Hotel is a perfect place for us to stay while having medical checkup at Saint Luke's Hospital. It's clean and very comfortable place. The location is within walking distance from at least for shopping malls. With the Landmark store right around the corner, where you can get all the necessity you would need.

If you’re looking for a quick break from everything then I highly recommend you stay at F1 hotel. The room we booked was so spacious, so we were very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating too :) Go in a little early so that you can secure a good parking space :D

Love the location. Accessible to all establishment. Just a 5minute walk to 5th ave where we celebrate new year. The room is spacious, friendly staffs and we love the view from the swimming pool. And super fast elevator. We definitely enjoy our stay.
