    The check-in staff was very friendly, the breakfast had many nice options and the room and Facilities were clean.
    The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were too flat, no support. There was no blanket. The plastic corner protector fell off the wall and blocked access to the closet. The charger on the bedside clock didn't work, and I didn't know that until I woke up the next morning and had a phone with zero charge. 😡

    The location was great. I had to stay a couple of days extra because my apartment was not ready, and they could give us a nice rate. Thank you to the manager during this transaction.
    We had to put our breakfast in ONE brown bag for breakfast because the other patrons were taking more than one brown bag up to their rooms for breakfast. On a couple of occasions, I had to wait about 20 seconds to get someone up to the front desk because they were in the back doing laundry. I am sorry, but that is irrelevant! Be at the front desk to help the patrons that are staying in the hotel and the new ones that are walking into the hotel and sometimes I would not see a person manning the front desk at all.

    Location.
    Staff lied to me at check in. Numerous hairs found in bathroom shower. Sand/dirt on the sheets AFTER removing the comforter. Front desk person challenging and arrogant on the phone to discuss excess charges I was told I would not be charged. I will not stay here again.
