It was a dream come true. ”
One should atleast visit there once. It was an unbelievable and out of this world experience. Here's why. As we arrived, we received a royal welcome, with an authentic Indian drums and banjo playing and all with genuine smiles. As we entered the hotel, it rained rose petals. The words failed to say how magical it was. Then the banjo player accompanied us to the reception. At the reception, we were given such a royal treatment where we were asked to be seated and they came to us with the necessary documents. Thereafter, a customary bangle and a crown were given with an assurance that we would be treated as a king and a queen. Thereafter, we were accompanied to the room and the room was a place out of a fairy tale. It was so magical than it looks in the pictures. The view was really great. We could see the beautiful hotel and the nature around the hills. The room was really spacious and had everything we ever wanted. This showed how concerned are they about our needs. There was complimentary chocolates and other sweets, which are so delicious. The bathroom was well thought and had both a shower and a very traditional bath tub which looks like it was made out of marbles. The hotel staff was warm and friendly, and always greeted us with a pleasant smile. The reataurant was also nice and according to the same theme. Magical, I must say. The food was really delicious. We visited on day of their Independence, I.e. 15th August. They really made us a part of their ceremony and shared their joy with a beautiful chocolate based sweet which looked like an ornament. After breakfast, they invited us to a tree plantation initiative within the hotel. yes, we will be forever in their memory and so will they. They didn't fail to extend the same welcome as we left the hotel. They played the drums and the banjo as we left the hotel. Hats off to amazing hospitality and great ideas. We felt like a part of their family. We wished we could stay there forever. Everything

FEEL LIKE A KING”
There are multiple reasons to rate this property 5 star but for the sake of brevity I will mention few of them here. At the outset, I would like to say that it wasn't a stay, it was an experience for life. The property is stunning and location is exquisite. It was my anniversary and we were there for two nights and three days. We had booked one presidential suite and three rooms. When they got to know about my anniversary, they made special arrangements and decorated the room. Also, the dinner set up in an open private area was surreal. They had also arranged a guitarist. The food was very delicious and well cooked. They also left a cake and bottle of champagne in the room! Also an excellent breakfast buffet. If you ever plan to visit Jaipur, Fairmont is the place you shall visit. Even if you don't plan to visit Jaipur, you've a reason to plan because Fairmont like I said earlier is an experience.

A trip to remember”
My husband had planned a surprise for me on my birthday and he chose my all time favorite hotel "Fairmont Jaipur". As always the entire staff made my birthday super duper special. Indu Khatri from the sales team and their house keeping team decorated our room so beautifully. They made a special tent for my baby girl and she loved playing in the tent our entire stay.. that tent became her favorite place in our room. Their f&b team Ankur Verma, Manoj, Atin, made my birthday eve so special with an exclusive table in the garden decorated so beautifully. Their entire f&b team including the f&b head who was in the restaurant for the breakfast on 20th August, took care of not only us but each and every guest with so much enthusiasm and smiles on their faces. Special thanks to Jyoti Kumari from house keeping, she was a great help during our entire stay. We would have called her number of times for stuff but she always helped us with a smile and became friends with my two year old. The bonus was their kids play area however, they may require more experienced staff for the place. All in all it was an experience that touched my heart and will be in my memories forever...❤️

Me and my husband stayed at this beautiful hotel during Diwali of 2019 and it was one of the best experiences we ever had! We were treated like royalty and I am sure each guest staying would be sharing the same feeling! The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is amazing and the staff is friendly and always paying keen attention to whatever the guests need. Their welcome was the highlight for us! Fantastic colonial style hotel with brilliant staff”
My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay for a couple of nights at the start of May. We loved the charm and history of the place (tour was great!), the oasis of tranquility the swimming pool provides in a bustling city, and the afternoon tea. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate. The members of staff could not do enough to help us and were the best we came across in India. Would thoroughly recommend if you appreciate the character of a hotel with a story to tell and first class service.

This property is really beautiful and you always feel like you are in some royal palace and the staff always treat you like a royal guest! The welcome was amazing and we never experienced such a warm welcome before. This property belongs to Accor group and my experience till date with accor is outstanding, whether its fairmont or Pullman. We stayed here for 2 nights and we didn’t ever felt to go out of the property.

I specifically chose this property for the standards and hygiene it portrays on its website and reviews specially in this covid times. I am absolutely delighted with my stay here, inspite of a few govt imposed restrictions on usage of spa and swimming pool. Staff took good care of our needs as we were travelling with a small kid to celebrate her bday, special thanks to Bhavana for arranging the decorations and making it memorable for us.

The service was amazing and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. We ate dinner most nights in the hotel as well, because the food was excellent. There were two people who went above and beyond in their service Pyare & Dainy. Thank you very for the wonderful stay. We will be coming back again in the future.

This is a beautiful hotel in Kukas. Although quite large, the staff treat you on a very personal level. I only stayed one night but it will be a lasting memory and up there with the best 5 star establishments I have had the luck to stay in over the years. I would totally recommend it as a base to use when exploring Jaipur or Amber Fort, which is only a few kilometres away.

Had a fabulous stay in Fairmont . Bhawna, attended us very well . Ajay, the housekeeping incharge was very prompt and made sure we were comfortable. The meal in Zarin was by far the best I have had. The thali was out of the world. The sous chef, Sandeep and ajay made our meal the most special. Also the FNB manager in Zoya was very prompt in his services and made the dinner date exceptional. Overall, a very luxurious stay in the Fairmont with the bathtub and the food being the highlight

A good hotel for destination weddings, not so if you are thinking of taking a quiet weekend break ”
Drove from Delhi to Jaipur for a quiet weekend break and booked at Fairmont, Jaipur – probably amongst the best hotels in Jaipur, for 2 nights. The experience however was not what we went there for, primarily on account of the fact that the occupancy levels were quite high due to an ongoing wedding at the hotel and looked like all facilities of hotel were not equipped to handle that kind of occupancy. The parking of the hotel – both surface and basement parking were full and cars of hotel guests were either being parked on the road outside or on a plot opposite the hotel which was too dusty & became too muddy after the rains. Mine was parked on the plot outside and I was not too happy about it. Even the all day dining restaurant, Zoya was full during breakfast time but the management made a makeshift arrangement for breakfast at an alternative place. Makeshifts are makeshifts and do not give you the experience of the original which the hotel advertises so much. With such high occupancy, the quality of service too suffers which we did experience on both days during breakfast. Anything requested for on table would take not less that 15 to 20 minutes and has to be reminded a few times. The staff was helpful – a special mention of Tanmay who we could see working passionately at Zoya and was prompt in organising the orders which were delayed. Fairmont, Jaipur is otherwise an excellent property – rooms are fab, with big bathrooms which remind you of royalty. Ruhab spa was just amazing. The quality of service however leaves a lot to be desired. I frankly don’t blame the hotel staff too, they seemed dedicated and were trying to do their best – the crowd was just too much for them to manage. I also very much appreciate the fact that the management was trying to do their best in terms of doing makeshift arrangements – be it for parking or for breakfast or anything within their control. I do want to go there again and enjoy the property but will check with the hotel and
