My friend and I stayed here because it's right across the street from King's Cross Station. The owner was super friendly and helped us bring our bags to our room. The room was small, and the bathroom was separate, but it worked great for our circumstances. It was clean, and it was nice to be able to open a window to let the cool night air in. It was super easy to check in, and I would recommend it.

Excellent! ”
We stayed at the Fairway for a night before travelling on the Eurostar. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we could have needed for an overnight stay. The room was a little small but we were expecting that and even so, it accommodated two adults, two small children, our luggage and a pram too. My 6 year old said that the bed was the comfiest she's ever slept on. The station is less than a 2 minute walk away, literally just across the road and there are plenty of convenience stores and food places in close proximity too. We highly recommend.

Friendly hotel with great location”
Stayed 5 nights at this King's Cross budget hotel. Stayed at several others in the same area and price range before and must say that this was the one I would return to. A very friendly Maltese family run it and we always had a nice chat. My single room was very small, like always in these kind of hotels. However - it looked like it was just refurbished, and even though a bit old-fashioned furniture, it seemed like it was done by someone with a bit of experience of staying in small hotels. There was lot of storage space! A set of drawers with the desk, a bed table with 3 drawers and also a wardrobe. There was also a kettle, hairdryer and a big mirror in the room. Very comfortable bed (although quite narrow) and thick duvet. Bathroom was shower only (absolute fine for me). A very weak flow in the shower, which could be a problem if you wash your hair. The only think I would have wished for was perhaps another hook on the wall in the bed room and another shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. And if it had a breakfast room it would have been 5 stars from me. However - would definitely stay again.

Stayed recently for 2 nights for a business trip. This is ideally located for both Kings Cross and Euston station ( which is a short walk away). The room was modest but clean and the bed was amazing ! I had a single room with en suite which was all I needed. Hotel staff were very friendly …only issue, which wasn’t really even an issue was can be a little noisy outside at night …..but it’s central London so to be expected ……. Would definitely stay again, I little gem at a great price 😊😊

Budget Room”
Great room if space isn't what you need, I'd advise not booking the budget if you need more spcae. Great location and amazing price for London. Bathroom was so tiny, probably 3ft x 6ft (shower, sink and toilet) but as long as it was clean, which it was, I was happy. The ad said it did an English breakfast but had stopped because of Covid, although other places I had stayed had resumed the breakfasts? That being said, it was clean and priced right for the budget room.
