One of the best hotel”

Located a few hundred meters from city center, with underground parking possibility. Nice room, well designed hotel, exhaustive breakfast selection, the strongest point of this hotel is its staff : well trained, efficient, very friendly both at the bar or at the reception. Not staying there while visiting Bratislava would be a mistake.

Good Location but small room”

Good Location .Closed to Main old Town, bus station , tram. Can walk to Bratislava Castle.

A real home away form home”

I have never before written a review, but I feel I owe it to this hotel. The facilies were clean and stylish. The Gym nicely facing towards the castle. The Spa and relaxation area overlooking parts of the city. The brunchlike breakfast from 6 AM was top notch. And last but not least hats of to the staff from the omelet chef to the concierges who were cheerfull, attentive and eager to please in such a relaxing way that the total feeling for me was a business trip with holiday included. Thats my honest opinnion.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It is a business style hotel. The accomodation was nice and staff friendly. The hotel is located near the historical centre and the castle; you don't need any transportation to see the major attractions. On the top floor, there is a wellness space with spa and sauna which we used a couple of times given the cold wheather. Breakfast buffet has limited choise but is of good quality. The hotel is also easily accessible from the airport. Bus tot he train station and then another bus. Takes about 45 minutes in total.

Great little hotel”

A very nice little hotel at the foot of the castle hill and on the edge of the old town, within walking distance of just about anything and everything the visitor needs to do or see in town. Good, clean and modern rooms (better appointed than many bigger and supposedly better hotels, and better than the lobby might make you think - latter is rather unassuming, nice,mfriendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast with wide choice. Recommended - I would certainly stay again.

Falkensteiner Hotel Bratislava”

A typical upper-class city hotel - perfect location, decent rooms and a real good breakfast. I have been only one night in the hotel and can not give any comment about other facilities. All in all a good hotel and worth the price. Andreas

comfortable weekend in Bratislava”

The hotel is at walking distance to the old town, everything is new and clean, the staff was helpful and kind, the breakfast buffet offers lots of different food with some organic bread. unfortunately the sauna was out of order so we could not try it. the best connection to the airport is the taxi (15 min.), arranged by the hotel. otherwise one must take two buses.

Great Hotel in Good Location”

The hotel is modern, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would return to this hotel in future as the location was great for the old town and visiting the castle.

Clean friendly and efficient, easy to find. 93 bus stops right outside if you travel by train.”

The old city is 5 mins walk across the road and is spectacular, bars and restaurants are also friendly and value for money

we were visiting our daughter in the kramer hospital and the hotel was a good location for the hospital. the hotel staff were helpful. the car park was expensive but after day 1 we found outside parking which was safe and free!

A horroble experience. When we were sleeping in the morning, the cleaner suddenly came in without knocking the door. And one hour later , she directely opened the door of our room and directely come in again!

Lift”

Trotz gefühlter sehr guter Belegung des Hotels, war stand nur ein Lift zur Verfügung. In Zeiten von Corona nicht nachvollziehbar. Es gab regelmäßig Wartezeiten.

Unfreundlich ”

Von der Rezeption bis zur Kellnerin keiner Begrüßt dich Freundlich. Reservierung für 2 Erwachsene 1Kind Bekommen haben wir 1 Doppelbett Die Steckdose inklusive Kabel schaut aus der Wand.

Acceptable”

Die blonde Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unhöflich und nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber aber klein und ohne Balkon. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war enttäuschend und es waren auch zu wenig Sitzplätze. Viel zu teuer und nicht mit dem Falkensteiner Hotels in Österreich zu vergleichen.
