Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map"We incredibly loved our stay in Richmond Premier Asakusa! 5-10 minutes walk to anywhere in Asakusa area (10 minutes walk from the main Asakusa station/Kaminarimon Gate). Located on top of a small shopping mall with Don Quijote, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, Sukiya, Katsuya and a bunch of eatery & small cute shops in the heart of Asakusa it's really hard to beat the convenience and location of this hotel! If you're planning to explore in depth Asakusa and its surrounding area there's no place in Asakusa that can offer a better value than this one. The staff speaks perfect English, the rooms clean (albeit a bit small, but it's already bigger than any other average Japan hotel rooms), with complete amenities. They even offer a walking guide map of Asakusa and discount coupon for Don Quijote! Never been so hyped up for a hotel review, but I'm recommending this to all Agoda users who will visit Asakusa, don't hesitate you're not making awrong choice, you can click that book button now."

Agora Place Tokyo Asakusa
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map"My stay at Agora Place Asakusa was great! It is near exit 1 of Tawaramachi on the Ginza line. You can easily access the Ueno area, Sky tree, and Asakusa shrine from Agora Place Asakusa. As for the hotel, it was very nice and designed well. However, I did not like having to pay extra for the basic amenities. Such as shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, and toothpastes. Though they were about 50 yen to 100 yen each, I would prefer it if they had included those in your room. The single room was small, nice, and comfortable. I liked how the bathroom included a glass encased shower! That is unique and a nice touch to the overall design of the hotel. Other than that, the staff were friendly, efficient, and communicated well. I would recommend a short stay here, but not for long term. "

Asakusa View Hotel
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map"The room of this hotel for the Quadruple room is bigger than the normal Japanese hotel's room.4 people and 4 24"luggages, the room still has free space to be a little living room. The only thing that I'm quite wondering why 4-star hotel-like Asakusa View hotel hasn't got any fitness room for their guest?? The hotel has a fitness center for their MEMBER only but not allow for their hotel's guests. How weird it is!!
In my opinion, the location is not as good as I expected. The nearest train is the Tsukuba line, which is the local line from MORIYA to AKIHABARA. That means if you want to travel in Tokyo by JR line. You always take Tsukuba line from Asakusa to Akihabara and then you can take whatever train both JR and Local line to go on. It wastes your time so much to do that or you must walk around 1 KM. through Senso-ji Temple to take Ginza line or Asakusa line. So if your concern about your transportation maybe this hotel is not suitable for your style."

Asakusa Central Hotel
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map"Tips
- There's direct train from/to Narita Airport (Narita Sky Access train) to/from Asakusa Station Toei Line which is just around 5-7 minutes walk to the hotel
- if you can't catch the direct train, fret not as it will require only 1 transfer on the same platform at the right station so you won't have to worry if you bring big heavy luggages. Just ask the staffs at the station and they will tell you the train you should take, whether to transfer and the time of arrival of the train
- The Toei Asakusa Line has elevator exit. just follow A2b exit signage. Its really easy
- The hotel is also nearby the other 3 stations which are ginza line (elevator also available), tobu sky tree line and tsukuba express line. Tawaramachi Station of Ginza Line is also around 5-10 minutes walk
- Keep in mind though that Toei Asakusa Line train to the airport is pretty packed at peak hours so you might have to stand for some time
- If you are in for a ride on the bus, bus stops are just in front of the hotel.
- You can choose not to bring your sleeping wear as they provide pajamas (although a bit short on me) and they provide new ones every day
- If you make your own breakfast like I was, I think it's better to bring your own mugs as they only provide small glass. Don't forget cutleries too

Asakusa Town Hotel
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map"the only good point to staying in this hostel is very close to subway station or train station not a bad location.before you book this place you have to expect you have to pay everything after you are arrived.including luggage locker fee even you have to pay for a cup of tea!!and i was living in capsule there is no any wall charger in every capsule.in the 12 up people capsule room everyone have to depend on the only two wall charger.and the common bathroom on the 9/F is close very often.longer then the opening time(close around12 and open in the morning but close again at 9am)so if you really need a bath please waked early!!and there is a lot of thing have to complain.if you really want a good memories of japan please booked other place.there is a lot of place is much better then this hostel/hotel."
