"A busy city hotel in a very central location. Outstanding and exemplary service, in particular the concierge team and front desk team, from pre- arrival communications to during the stay. Despite last minute requests, the capable Concierge team diligently ploughed through my extensive list of restaurants and managed to secure bookings at some of the top restaurants in Tokyo (including some 3 Michelin stars). The Concierge team also managed to offer advice (such as which restaurants in my list did not measure up, which I appreciate). The team also offered “insider” knowledge, enabling me to visit Enoshima efficiently during the crowded Obon week. Room is very well appointed. Pool, spa and sauna facilities are great. Laundry services are impeccable. The hotel was very busy during my stay and it’s a wonder how they manage to maintain this level of personalised service. The front desk and concierge also appear to remember your names. What kind of sorcery is this ? "

"It has been my favourite for the past few years. One of the oldest and prestigious 5 star hotel in Ginza area. It is situated close to the Imperial palace which makes it even more exclusive. Service needless to speak is good, 5 star hotel at a 6 star service level. "

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza

"My experience with this hotel is excellent. Fast check in and check out. I booked thru Agoda. T"he location of the hotel is accessible to everything- shopping and eating, subway station (ginza itchome entrance and exit) infront of the hotel, while ginza sta and ginza higashi are a few blocks away from the hotel, There's no dull momemt at ginza. The hotel is new, For us, the room is spacious with 2 single beds. My 8 year old daughter and I shared bed and it is spacious. the hotel staff are very accommodating and respectful. the hotel entrance is at the side of the building. We took the access narita bus from narita airport and from the ginza bus stop we walk to the hotel to familiarize with the environment. our landmark to the hotel is the chou dori st - Melsa and Harry Winston dept stores. If you are going around tokyo, the ginza line is a very good mode of transpo- connecting or direct line to famous places. Next time we visit tokyo, i will surely book with this hotel again, no doubt. Also, i will recommend this hotel to my friends visiting tokyo this year and next year. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ginza Mgt. pls maintain and continue the excellent service... "

"If you love shopping or just want to stay at the heart of Japan's fifth avenue, Mercure Ginza hotel is perfect. The hotel best feature is its very convenient location & very comfortable & sleek rooms. Our family of 11 stayed for 6 nights, occupying 4 rooms. Ginza Grand Hotel

"We extended our stay in Tokyo and needed a hotel for 2 days. We were able to booked a hotel in Ginza Grand Hotel. The location is awesome. Central to Subway and shopping district. A few blocks from famous fish market as well. Cost for the room is very reasonable $109 and $159. The room with 2 beds was much larger than 1 bed. The 1 bed room was very small. Since we were hardly in the hotel, it was ok. If you need the space, don't get the 1 bed room. In addition, even though we were in a non smoking room, you can still smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway. For the location and pricing, I would reserve it again...but only the letter room. We were able to take the subway from Ginza to Narita airport...1 hour and 15 minutes direct. Great plus. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this brand new apartment hotel. The staff were fantastic and spoke great English which was a nice touch. The room was a great size for us (two adults and our nine year old son), and had everything we needed to make our own breakfasts/meals, the toilet and bathroom was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. The location was really good, quiet and tucked away while still walking distance to the Ginza, Tokyo Station and restaurants and shopping centers. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if we were in Tokyo again. "

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza - Nanachome

"- stayed for a night in a single room. was surprised with the big bed. guess thats where you place your luggage since theres no space in the floor (typical of japanese hotels). - theres a Family Mart right beside the hotel that is open 24/7. -NO NEARBY SMOKING AREA. nearest one is a long block away inside another Family Mart. - Yamato (luggage delivery) and a police station are just across the street. - theres a nearby 24/7 don quijote also. - price is pretty cheap for hotels in ginza. - if youre a budget traveller and walking is a no biggie, you can walk to tsukiji, ichiran and matsuya in shinbashi. - super early checkout time. 10AM?!!! extra charge for extensions. - hotel lobby is on the 2nd flr 😉 - staff were ok. "Booked the room for 6nights and thus, personally feel it can be better if there is housekeeping service. The room is spacious, even the toilet which is deffo a plus point. Short walk to train station and a couple of restaurants around the corner. And not to miss, lawson is right opposite the property. However, i am skeptical if they did change bedsheet, pillow and blanket after guests who have checked out. Apparently there were stain on the 2 beds and we felt extremely uncomfy seeing the stains. Staff were hardly to be found but whenever we chanced upon them (rare), they will be more than willing to help us out. Overall, a pleasant stay apart from the hygiene issues. "
