"We wanted a place not too far from train station, found this hotel and proceed with the booking almost immediately. When we arrive there, then only we realised the hotel is really strategically located! It's very near to electronic town of Akihabara so we get to survey around, hunting for more action figurines. And what's more surprising is the restaurant near by hotel are so awesome! We saw a ramen shop that's always filled with the locals, so we decided to try. And guess what, that's the best ramen I have ever tasted in Japan! Everyday we would choose a place to hang out around the hotel and it's never a dull moment - such satisfaction after a full day out is the best thing in the world :) I'll definitely stay in the same place if I ever visit Akihabara again. "

"The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Just a few minutes away from Akihabara station which has connections with JR Lines and the metro. It's also great if coming from Narita Airport, late at night. Kanda Station is also nearby and has connections to other metro lines. And there are plenty of restaurants near by. The room was perfect for one, with all the amenities necessary. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs, because if you stay in a room facing the river, it's possible to ear trains pulling in and out of Akihabara station."

"Apart from the excellent location to Akihabara and surrounds the staff at this hotel are some of the most Professional around, quiet clean and good sized rooms, beside the main rd but 2 layered windows ensure no sound at all, great location great price and great staff, what more can you ask."

"Remm Akihabara Hotel is located right next to JR Akihabara Station, which makes it very convenient for travelling in Tokyo. In addition to various JR lines passing through the area, there are also local subway (Metro) stations behind the hotel. The hotel itself is very new and clean. However, the rooms are very small (It can barely fit your luaggage). Even though the room is small, the bathroom and shower area is spacious enough for you to move around and not bump into things. Internet is complimentary with lan cables provided by the hotel. The bed and pillow is very comfortable and would give you a good sleep."

"Stay at Dormy Inn Akihabara was fantastic, the staff were well mannered and spoke good english and were very friendly and always willing to help out with any enquiries. The room was clean and tidy, with everything need, shower, bar fridge and free internet. The rooms are not very big but hey its Tokyo .. all rooms are small. If you like Akihabara (Electric Town) then this is the best hotel for you. It's located only 5 mins walk from the main train station (Akihabara - JR Line) and 20 meter away from the Tokyo Metro line. So you can get anywhere you need to go within minutes. One of the best features this hotel has its located on the top floor (9th floor) and that is the Male and Female Hotsprings, outdoor bath and Sauna. If you ever want to relax under stars in a hot spring in the middle of all the hussle and bussle that is Tokyo then this place is perfect for you. I will definately come back again no questions asked. I've stayed in luxury 5 star hotels all the way down to 2 star ones. I would say that Dormy Inn Akihabara sits well above average in terms of price, cleanliness and location out of 10 I would rank this hotel an 8 out of 10."

"Hotel Mets Akihabara is literally just next to Akihabara Station - you can't get a better location than that! Opened in October 2019, the hotel feels new and modern. In terms of size, the rooms are typically Japanese, i.e. comfortably cosy. Having the hand sink and toilet separate from the bathroom makes it easier, I felt. A tip from another guest about sliding your luggage under the bed also helped free up space. The wi-fi was stable and the water pressure is great. Even though we were next to station, the soundproofing was great - we couldn't hear a sound from trains. The one tiny downside was a lack of hanging hooks - would have been nice to be able to hang towels without having to use hangers. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel restaurant - didn't need to, because there are plenty of cafes close by. We'd happily stay here again the next time we're in Tokyo!"
