"We incredibly loved our stay in Richmond Premier Asakusa! 5-10 minutes walk to anywhere in Asakusa area (10 minutes walk from the main Asakusa station/Kaminarimon Gate). Located on top of a small shopping mall with Don Quijote, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, Sukiya, Katsuya and a bunch of eatery & small cute shops in the heart of Asakusa it's really hard to beat the convenience and location of this hotel! If you're planning to explore in depth Asakusa and its surrounding area there's no place in Asakusa that can offer a better value than this one. The staff speaks perfect English, the rooms clean (albeit a bit small, but it's already bigger than any other average Japan hotel rooms), with complete amenities. They even offer a walking guide map of Asakusa and discount coupon for Don Quijote! Never been so hyped up for a hotel review, but I'm recommending this to all Agoda users who will visit Asakusa, don't hesitate you're not making awrong choice, you can click that book button now."

"This hotel has a very good location. Very near to asakusa station if you took tsukuba express (just 2 stops from akihabara) and a few hundred meters to tokyo metro station. Very near to beautiful Senso-ji temple. And street shops near the temple. If you are searching for halal food, there is one halal restaurant, Naritaya Ramen near the Sensoji temple. The ramen and karagae (fried chicken) are the must try food! Very delicious! You should come early because it is full during lunch hour and you have to wait several minutes to get a seat. There is one halal sushi restaurant near the hotel too. And halal chicken kebab in front of the hotel (but the beef is not halal). The room is super clean and beautiful! I love the blind because it has picture of japan culture. Same goes to their toilet door, it has a skytree picture on it. The shampoo, conditioner and shower cream are all green tea base. Super love the smell! And the green tea provided in the room is the best! One thing this hotel lack is the microwave. It does not have a microwave, and the 7-11 near this hotel also does not have a microwave. I love to buy the fish that you can eat after heat from 7-11 and I couldn't do so during my stay here. But overall I will definitely stay again in this hotel. "

"Can't say enough good about this hotel, its location, and staff. We were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of our room, which came with tons of nice amenities and a refrigerator, but best of all, was the fantastic view! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we throughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was one of the best we've experienced in all of our travels. Staying in Asakusa turned out to be a great choice for us and we found getting around Tokyo by subway worked very easily from here, using either Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station, via the Ginza line. We stayed five nights and enjoyed every minute!"

"You can take subway within 1 minute walk to Narita Airport directly. Famiymart just next to the hotel. Try Ichiran ramen nearby within walking distance if 10 minutes. The hotel is quite new and GPS and there are few APA hotels in Asakusa area. Don't go to the wrong hotel. "

"We stayed at Hotel Wing International Select Asakusa Komagata for 2 nights. The hotel situates in a very prime location & close to subway. We were informed about free small breakfast each morning (bread + drink), which was nice but we didn't come down to take them since we don't usually have breakfast. The staffs were very nice and polite and also told us to checkout their rooftop if we have time. We booked for a Japanese twin room type since it was the cheapest and was happy with the room. The beds were comfy and the room was clean and new. There were also luggages space beneath the bed. The coffee machine was easy to use and a plus. The wifi was superb as each room get specific login+password so no bandwidth stealing during peak time! The tv was a smart tv so you can connect & stream from your mobile device. The most awesome thing was the rooftop of the hotel where you can see the Asakusa area with Tokyo skytree etc! Overall, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip."

"It is a very great and new hotel. I like the Slumberland mattress and very comfortable Japanese brand feather and down pillows and comforters. I stayed in this hotel 3 nights but I didn't want to wake up for every morning. I came back to my country and tried to purchase the same mattress but the seller said this model is exclusive for hotel only :-( Needless to say the location of this hotel is super good. There are 3 important things to do in Asakusa. Asakusa temple, Skytree, Cruise to Daiba. It just takes 5 mins walking distance from subway station to hotel. Temple and ferry terminal are also 100 and 200 meters from hotel. Please don't waste your time to take any Skytree pictures in the street since the 13/F hotel lobby floor is the best angle to view the tower! ( lobby window is super clean and transparent ...) I really suggest you to choose this hotel in your last few days of your Tokyo trip like me (b/c it is far away from western shopping and nightlife area likes Shibuya, Shinjuku... I would like to thanks Mr/Ms. Erika from the hotel. He/she replied my request point by point after I booked the rooms from Agoda before my trip. It never happen for so many previous hotel bookings from Agoda before. Many thanks for your good service! I will choose this hotel again if I stay in Asakusa."

"Tips - There's direct train from/to Narita Airport (Narita Sky Access train) to/from Asakusa Station Toei Line which is just around 5-7 minutes walk to the hotel - if you can't catch the direct train, fret not as it will require only 1 transfer on the same platform at the right station so you won't have to worry if you bring big heavy luggages. Just ask the staffs at the station and they will tell you the train you should take, whether to transfer and the time of arrival of the train - The Toei Asakusa Line has elevator exit. just follow A2b exit signage. Its really easy - The hotel is also nearby the other 3 stations which are ginza line (elevator also available), tobu sky tree line and tsukuba express line. Tawaramachi Station of Ginza Line is also around 5-10 minutes walk - Keep in mind though that Toei Asakusa Line train to the airport is pretty packed at peak hours so you might have to stand for some time - If you are in for a ride on the bus, bus stops are just in front of the hotel. - You can choose not to bring your sleeping wear as they provide pajamas (although a bit short on me) and they provide new ones every day - If you make your own breakfast like I was, I think it's better to bring your own mugs as they only provide small glass. Don't forget cutleries too Tips - There's direct train from/to Narita Airport (Narita Sky Access train) to/from Asakusa Station Toei Line which is just around 5-7 minutes walk to the hotel - if you can't catch the direct train, fret not as it will require only 1 transfer on the same platform at the right station so you won't have to worry if you bring big heavy luggages. "We booked a 3 night stay at Asakusa Hotel Hatago for a last minute trip to Tokyo during the busiest times of the year. Needless to say, most hotels in our budget were already full and were grateful to get any room that wasn't outrageouly expensive. Needless to say, this caused us to think that for the last minute booking and price we paid that it would just simply be a place to sleep at night. We surprisingly were wrong! First of all, the location is excellent and is only a few minute walk from the subway, which we used to get everywhere we wanted to go. The Asakusa area of Tokyo definitely has enough to see and do for at least a whole day's worth of activities; it was nice to be within walking distance of so much. Another thing that we appreciated about the hotel was the friendly staff. The receptionist helped us on three different occasions to print out the English version of the subway route of where we wanted to go, when things were open, recommendations, etc. A bonus of this hotel was the view; they have a roof top deck that you can take amazing pictures of the river and Tokyo tower. As mentioned by other reviewers, the rooms are very small. But, they were very adequate for our family of 3 and still a bargain for the price we paid."
