"Location is awesome. We stayed in Canopy 2 which has a bathtub open to air and a cute little loft which offers a better valley view than the sit-out area. Our first peeve was with the allocation of Canopy 3 which incidently is the only Canopy with a bathtub inside the bathroom - we got a change only after we challenged the people at reception. Also, the response time from reception on this was pretty poor. The only other disappointment was the cancellation of the Nature Walk owing to bad weather (rain forecast). Food not being included in the package was a surprise since the property is located pretty remotely. Despite the above cribs, it was really one of the best breaks we had. Lounging in the hot water with rain and cool breeze from above was a dreamy experience. The absence of TV is a blessing. There is no AC but there's an air-cooler which is sufficient. Also, the rooms being airy, it was a wonderful experience. "
