"I wasn’t sure if I’d review this hotel because I do have mixed reviews. The staff is amazing! The girl at the front desk had amazing customer service skills. The breakfast lady was helpful social hard working and made a terrific breakfast. The area is next to the thruway. However it is a truck stop hotel. Construction workers and truckers stay there each night. The rooms have been redone clean but done poorly and sloppy. The sidewalks are dirty. The pool is freezing cold. Towels paper thin. No kids around. Think twice before staying because it isn’t horrible. "

"This was a good experience in a Hotel. Cleanliness is especially important to me; and it was very clean. Staff very helpful and accommodating!! Love this Hotel! I will visit it again!!"
