"Amazing hotel! The view of the Bay from the room was mind-blowing. Also, great view from the pool and the restaurant. The staff were very helpful. Everything about this hotel was excellent. I've been to many other 5-star resorts in Vietnam and this one takes the cake. A lot of the staff speaks English and they have a lot of westerners working around. They've got a very nice infinity pool with view of the Bay. The restaurant frankly was not too impressive. They had a great variety of food, a lot of different kinds of food in fact. However the taste and quality of the food didn't impress me, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as excellent as all the other things this resort has to offer. I blame it on the holidays, too many people were at the hotel during this festive weekend. They were still building the rooftop so I didn't have access to that yet. They have an awesome golf course with all the things you'd expect from a 5-star resort. The check-out process took quite a long time (again, do to this weekend being a holiday weekend.) I fully recommend this resort for couples or families, it was amazing."

"This is a good hotel, it was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was located next to a convenience store and not far from the wheel, and some cute cafes overlooking the bay - only a few minutes via a scooter. It wasn't a perfect location for me since the nearby tourist attraction is officially closed off for group (where tourists would climb up to this mountain to get some good views), and we weren't that interested in the big wheel, since many cities have one, and many others offer better views, etc. In the end, the best location would be next to the harbor for public ferry, and for private tours. Facilities were also lacking, but that's only because we were looking for a gym or a rooftop bar that would be busier. Because it was cold, and there weren't that many guests, that was closed so there goes that star, and there are no extras, such as a gym or a pool, so there's the other star for facilities."

"Fantastic experience! My family and I travelled to Hanoi over Chinese New Year holidays and spent 2D1N on Swan Cruises. Not a sec we were left hungry, and have ours needs attended to at all times. Our guide Eliz and staffs onboard (timtam etc) are helpful and easygoing! Made new friends and learnt so much about the Vietnamese Culture from them. The activities onboard (tai chi, squid fishing) were kinda fun too! The only downside is that the beds were infested with bed bugs :( Otherwise, it was a memorable experience waking up to flying eagles, blue seas and limestone karsts. "

"The refrigerator didn't work properly, and the hot water was cut off from time to time. My wife got a bruise on her nose when a frame on the wall fell while sleeping. Overall, it was the worst hotel I've ever been to."
