Great location. Services? Ummm. ”
We booked the place a day before, and we were glad to see that it was available. We only needed a place to stay the night. The location was great. However, you could see that the place was not very well-maintained. The facilities could be a lot more enjoyable if it were upgraded. The staff were friendly. However, we asked if we could borrow some plates and utensils, as we only had takeout food for dinner (we didn't know if there was any food we could order during supper time), the staff said "they didn't have any plates and utensils available". It was kind of odd, as there was breakfast included with what we've paid for. Surely there were utensils available in the hotel. It's not like we've asked for those and not give it back. I don't know what to think of it.

Friendly Staff not Much Else”
Foyer and breakfast area downstairs were nice but room was marginal with beds and pillows as hard as rocks. The bed mattresses were were 6 inches thick. Window air conditioner could not keep up with humidity. Room needed upgrading as it was very dated. Lizard(s) running across wall. Pool with giant slide was fun and well kept. All night long people were partying by pool or singing kareoke until 2am and one time until 4am. I had to go down to the office twice to ask them to end the partying which they did. Would not recommend to anyone.

not convenient for kids ”
there's NO elevator which is very hard for my kids which we stay at 3rd floor. NO wifi in the room which is in their ad. they will charge you for entrance fee for every visiting guest that will visit you even my guess will only join us for lunch and not going to use their pool. the place was dirty especially the toilet. they charge us again for using 1 of their table in cottage coz it's not included in the room that we booked even though there's a lot of unoccupied cottage coz there's only 3 guests including my family

"You get what you pay for..not much"”
This is a zero-amenity hotel. It is low cost, and you get what you pay for...not much. No hot water in the bathroom caused me to heat water in the coffee pot in order to take a "Femar Garden Hot Shower". I just filled the bucket which was in the bath with hot water from 3 batches with the coffee pot and used the scoop to pour it over myself. There was no housekeeping service provided during our stay and the room was not very clean when we checked in. The bed was short-sheeted, so that we had problems covering both of our bodies while still covering our feet, and there was no blanket at all. No room phone means that you have to go to the lobby with any requests, and the desk is often un-manned. A request for ice was responded with "we are out of ice", and when we wanted breakfast (the one day that we asked), we were told that the entire regular staff was at a party and there was no one to cook breakfast. Only book this hotel if you are on an extremely limited budget.

Good Swimming Pool but poor room condition ”
Swimming pool was nice. I enjoyed swimming. But the room condition was poor. There was no internet access in the room. To get the internet access, I should get down to the lobby where is the only wifi zone. There was no hot/warm water. There were many local people came for a party during the day and night, causing a lot of noise. Also there was no dining service so I should order a delivery or go to the restaurant in the town, riding a tricycle. In my view, this was a hotel located near by residential area.

Excellent Service! Best Value Hotel In Antipolo”
The moment I stepped inside the premises of the hotel, I felt safe. It was gated and secured. I was a solo female traveler from USA staying in Antipolo for the very first time (4days). The check in was a breeze. Though hotel is not equipped with elevators, a kind staff helped me bring my two heavy luggages up to the second floor. Strong man! Room is clean and covers the basics. But needs major upgrading especially the shower heads, slow water heater, and bathroom drainage (tends to flood after every shower, but goes away).I loved the Aircon--strong and cool! The view from my windows was great--so tropical with remnants of a previous jungle. Lots of tricyles infront (can be noisy)but helpful for a cheap exploration of Antipolo downtown and its tourist spots. Prepare yourself to be awake during the weekends for karaoke nights, can keep you awake till after midnight. Bring an earplugs:) Price of hotel is really a big plus-- cheap--can't beat it! Though I have stayed at numerous 4-5 star hotels from the past, Femar Hotel Antipolo will always be special to me. I really felt welcomed!
