My husband and I went to Boracay for my birthday celebration and we both enjoyed our stay in Ferra. It’s just about 7mins walk going to the beach and alot of establishments are just within the vicinity of the hotel which is very convenient. Dmall is just about 5 mins walk and there are banks/ATM and fastfoods and other restaurants. All their staff are polite, very accomodating and responds to our queries right away. We arrived in the hotel around 12:30pm and they offered us a refreshing complementary drinks. But, we had to wait until 2pm for check in time since our room is not yet ready. All of them greets their guests with a big smile even their guard. Upon checking in I was suprised that the room they provided us with bigger one, cause I booked for deluxe queen and fortunately we have the king size room equipped with bathtub. In terms of cleanliness, everything is clean and they change the linens when we requested for it. Clean towels are provided everyday as well. One problem we encountered is the wifi connection. We had to call the reception just so we can connect everytime, I dunno what’s wrong, but ones we’re connected the internet speed is okay. The breakfast buffet is also great, i loved their beef tapas. 😊 Our flight going back is 8:20am so we had to leave early and they provided us with packed sandwich and a bottle of water. Thank you ferra! We will be back definitely!

Great value for money, amazing experience”
We chose to stay at Ferra mainly because they had a discount on the days we were planning to visit the island. That said, we were immediately welcomed by incredibly kind staff and were even given welcome drinks. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool was amazing. The highlight for me however was the service of the staff in the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly and took the initiative to make our stay an ever better experience by helping us book transportation around the island (As it really can be a struggle hailing transportation). Thank you so much to all the staff at the Ferra Hotel!

First time traveller to Bora! and Solo traveller pa! Super enjoyed the trip because of Ferra Hotel's great service! Staff are very accomodating and kinakamusta ka palagi! I feel very safe even though I am a solo traveler. Room is very clean and spacious! The location is near sa D'mall Station 2 and accessible to a lot of restaurants. They even offer welcome drink and free use of umbrella! :) Next time I go back to Bora (with family) na, I will choose Ferra Hotel again! <3

The location of the hotel is great, short walk to Dmall. The rooftop pool and bar is very chilled, great to relax in. All staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Service is 5 stars! The room was very clean. Room was cleaned daily. Whatever we needed, the staff were onto it right away. Thanks for the comfortable stay. Will definitely be back again :)

The best in Bulabog area”
This hotel is a hidden gem in Bulabog area. Very affordable but the level of service you’ll get is comparable to 5-star hotels. One of the best properties I have stayed at in the island. The rooms are new and the facilities are well-maintained. Their pool is also fairly big and offers a great view of the sunset. It is also very near D Mall, around 3-5min walk away. Thank you so much to Abie, Jen, and the rest of the staff who made me feel at home. They even went the extra mile to make sure that my transfer to the other hotel I’ll be staying at is seamless. Please please check out this hotel if you’re planning to visit Boracay.

I had a great time during my stay at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites. Everyone’s really welcoming and courteous. They are really friendly and will assist you with anything that you need. Location wise, it is 5-10 mins walk to the beach front of Station 2. I like this better since beach front resorts/hotels are too crowded already. Breakfast was good as well. I’ll surely stay here again next time I visit Boracay. ❤️

More than your money's worth!”
Definitely the highlight of our stay in Boracay. The staff were very courteous greeting you everytime you meet them on or off shift. The breakfast was exceptional and very filling. All requests were also delivered swiftly! Will definitely recommend to my friends! P.S. The water in room 305 shower area isn't directed to the drain which leads to pooling of water in the middle of the area. Overall still had a great stay!

Probably the most accommodating hotel staff I've encountered for a 3-star hotel in the Philippines. They're very professional but also warm and friendly. 70% of my stay in Boracay was derailed by strong rains but because of this hotel's facilities (the rooftop pool, the private tub) I was still able to have a good time. It's also in a great location.

The staff are very accommodating. Every time they see us they’d always check on us and I appreciated it. It leveled up our experience. The place is nice too and well kept. I loved the room and the pool at the roof deck. Food is great too ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed in this clean and modern hotel for 8 days! Room and bathroom is very clean. Loved the heated shower! Perfect location if you easily want to go to back beach (Bulabog Beach) or the White Beach. Just a few minutes walk away. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We weren't able to eat breakfast on the time allotted, yet they still served it to us on our preferred time (around 3pm). Thank you so much Ferrah Hotel for warm welcome and complimentary shuttle! We enjoyed our stay!
