Sea World Vacation”
Safe, quiet area, yet close to everything: theme parks, tourist attractions, and Super Walmart right around the corner. Old town and Fun Spot are nearby. Pool and hot tub were amazing and not crowded. Furniture/carpet could use an update but everything is clean and cozy and the units have everything you need plus nice window views. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely book again when I come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Festiva! We stayed for 3 nights to visit Disney world and we had pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy. Much better experience compared to some other places we’ve stayed at beforehand. The price was excellent and affordable for a resort style suite. Overall excellent experience!

The price was very good for this property. I only have three issue. One was mold in the tub area. If the cleaning staff would bleach it a few times they could take care of this. Two the room is outdated, but it was not in bad shape. Three I would have liked to seen a gym on the property. Disney was located very close and the drive to dining was not far at all. All n all it was a good choice for a last minute trip!

Amazing Location. and quiet resort ”
If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Disney parks this is your spot! The pool was never crowded and our young children loved coming back here after a long day at the parks. Glenda was super helpful!

It was our first time staying at this resort, but the room was beautiful, a couple of things didnt work such as the light in the shower, and the outlet by the coffee maker was coming out of the wall, but other than that the room was clean and beautiful.

Love Festiva! We have stayed here at least 5 times already. Rooms are always super clean, and prices are reasonable for accommodations BUT, last time we were there the young ladies at the front desk didn’t even look up and greet us when we walked through the door, I had to be the one to say “Hello, How are you?” first. They both had their heads down on computers and talking, wasn’t the best customer service experience. Also they are undergoing renovations at the front office so you have to drive around the side of the building and it’s a bit confusing where to go for check in. Last little grip was the bed, Holy Crap it was so hard and uncomfortable this time around, don’t know why this bed was a king and mattress was so thin and cheap and I felt springs in my back the whole time I was there. This has to be a one off though because every other time I stayed I don’t remember the beds like that. I will return to Festiva again in May for sons birthday so we will see!

Good for the price, nice quiet location”
Great staff, condo very clean (except for the stains on the sofa), every thing that we needed to get by in the kitchenette. Water not very hot in shower, could not get the tv in the living room to work, sofa-bed for the kids was oldish. But mattress in master bedroom very comfy.

Cons- no oven in my 1br suite. Nice big pool but the kids would have loved it more if there was a “ deep end.” Didn’t like being bombarded with timeshare info after driving 22 hours straight from ny. A little offended that I wasn’t invited to view a timeshare at Festiva Orlando as I didn’t have a “husband!” My income is more than some husbands and wives combined but we won’t speak on that. So I’m only good enough to rent and not own at Festiva Orlando. Not that I’m interested in purchasing ANY timeshare but that def left a bad taste in my mouth.

We were quite excited to have scored a great deal on a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. This place came recommended by a friend. THis is what we found: Pros: Location, close to so much, yet quiet. The size of our room, with a full kitchen, living room, dinning area and lanai was superb. The staff at the front desk and at the attractions desk were lovely to deal with and very friendly, as was the night guard. Cons: VERY DATED ROOM. Which is something that we could overlook, but thought that an honest review of that should be noted. The stove and fridge has rust on it. One shower did not drain well, so as you are showering, the water is accumulating on the floor. THe other shower had rust stains on it. The sofa was falling apart as was the sliding glass door. OUr bedroom had NO working lights (had to use the bathroom light to light up our room), the washing machine was so loud, we couldnt even talk to one another in the kitchen (where its located). It’s in a great location. I should’ve known when I stopped at the faux security gate and one person working in the lobby I may have jumped on the deal too fast. It’s an older resort so I was not pressed for all the amenities. It was when I opened the cabinet and had a couple roaches scurrying about that my concerns grew. I received the text from the front desk welcoming me and I let them know about the bugs and the outdated WiFi. She offered to move me to another room. To me if one is dirty they all are so I said no need to bother. Decide to run the dishwasher and it didn’t come on. Called maintenance and they come out to say the water was just turned off. Happened to say can you also spray for the bugs and he said they can drop some off. Ok? Fine...until the a/c stopped working. Had to move rooms. New room....smells like a dog kennel. You could visibly see the spots in the carpet. And the balcony must’ve been where they kept the dog because it stunk so bad. Long week!

This property should really invest in people that work with the customers to be more professional and knowledgeable about the company they work for. Questions were never answered fully or they just didnt know the answers at all. When asked about the receipts that were given to myself and my guest the lady that was working the front had no clue how to read the receipt or could tell us what certain things meant. She told us to "talk to the bank" but our questions were with that receipt that they printed out , not with the bank. The rooms weren't really up to par for me. There was rust in the tub and also the furniture is chipping away. This place is in need of a total renovation. Based on the customer service I received and the charges that they can't explain that were on my receipt, I would not stay at Festiva again or recommend this property for anyone's stay.
