Easy and convenient”
The room was extremely tiny and you'll be dancing around one another, and your suitcases, when getting ready – but how much time do you actually plan to spend in your hotel room anyway? We were there in the morning and at night and while the room was super small, it was more than adequate for being our starting and ending points each day. We did request a non-smoking room but definitely had the smell of smoke in our room. I don't know if that's really the fault of the hotel – the room, as booked through Agoda, was listed as a Smoking Room with the added option of Non-Smoking Room. I pretty much expected it to be a smoking room so it wasn't a huge disappointment but would have been nice to have had a non-smoking room. Super close to Lawson and 7-11 and across the street from a shrine which was very nice during the New Year holiday. Staff was very helpful and held our luggage for several hours after checkout before we checked into our next place. Would definitely stay again!

Good choice for the Shinjuku Area”
This is my 2nd time at this property, I chose it for it's great location and familiarity of the area so I could hit the ground running. Hotel is a basic business hotel but delivers as promised. Rooms are small, but that's all well described and use the space in the best manner possible. Looking for a quiet, clean, conveinant place to rest your head then this is perfect. It's close enough to walk to everything in Shinjuku but just far enough away to be quieter. A few blocks from a tokyo subway stop as well. My only complaint is the same others have posted in that they have some really thin pillows. I knew this going in so used my travel pillow to supplement. I should have asked for extras from the desk and when I stay her again I will make sure to do that.

Location is really strategic, opposite the street got family mart, and there is lawson same row with the hotel, only 2 mins walk to subway station, 5 mins walk to Kabukicho!

Location was ok, a short walk to the train station. The room was comfortable to stay in and the staff were nice as well. Many places to explore in the hotel surroundings.

An enjoyable stay. ”
The hotel room was very clean, modern and well equipped. The room and bathroom were both typically small with a bit of management required to unpack your luggage. It is about a 15 min easy walk from the JR station . The staff were very helpful. There are a few APA hotels in the area so you have to be careful to walk with your luggage to the right one. The location is great with an easy walk to 100s of restaurants.

Great service by staff and clean hotel”
Great stay in a nice clean hotel, room is what you pay for but you may need to ask for an extra pillow or 2 like I did. Overall through staff were very friendly and nice and were accommodating in helping me store my bags when I arrived before the check in time and they were able to advise me on where I could shop for a affordable extra suit case ( its called don qioxte, walk out of the hotel, turn left and walk round 2-3 mins down the road. you will know you have reached it when you see the mascot which is a penguin. ). Overall great stay in the heart of Korea town, you might have to walk around 10 mins or so to reach shin-okubo station or other food places like yoshinya, if you walk behind the hotel you will find that places like macdonalds, KFC , batting cages and toho cinemas is a 10 min walk as well, convent location to convenient stores, a pharmacy type store next door and a local super market right across the road.

This is second time for me to stay APA, the room is same and small, but the facilities almost same and enough for stay 1 or 2 nights.

Descent, clean room except that the bed is uneven and pillows were flat. Hotel location was confusing because there’s a lot of APA hotel around the area.

I have stayed here twice . It is good value for money. Typically very small rooms require management of your luggage. One open suitcase can take up most of the available free space. Well located, 15 min walk to the station

Affordable Stay in Urban Jungle”
Eco-friendly hotel stay was nice. Eco services means room cleanup every 3 days for those on extended stays. Shinjuku is but one stop away on the Tokyo metro. Closet metro station called Higashi-Shinjuku is a 100m walk away. Two metro lines intersect at the said metro station. Both lines goes to areas popular among visitors. One line Fukutoshin goes to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Naka-Megano. The other line Oedo goes to Ueno and Asakusa.

Very good little hotel. Definitely in a great location. I didn't deal too much with the staff, but they were nice enough. Very small room. Also the climate control was not very good, this might be because of the small size of the room.
