Amazing Location for Transit”
Just a few minutes walk from Kanda station, making it an excellent location for getting around Tokyo. You have immediate accesss to the JR Yamanote and Chuo lines, plus the Metro Ginza line. Hotel and room were new and very clean and staff were excellent. Room size is standard for a Tokyo hotel of this class (small), but the under-bed space for large luggage is very thoughtful. Downsides were the single elevator and lack of laundry machines. An added bonus for ramen lovers: Kikanbo next door is very highly rated. Overall a very comfortable stay, and I will definitely stay here again next time.

New hotel w/in 5 min walking distance to JR Kanda”
Newly opened hotel (Dec 2018), which is a 5min walk from JR Kanda Station. Near JR Tokyo and Akihabara stations. Also near restaurant and convenient store row. Facilities are new and very clean. Staff speak good English and very helpful. We also had our luggage delivered to Kyoto after our Tokyo trip and they took care of everything, even writing the Japanese address of our Kyoto address. We would definitely stay with them again for convenience and warmth of staff.

As every hotel in Tokyo, by all means if you're looking for spacious hotel room this is not your jam. However, the service and cleanliness of the rooms were top notch. Location was great. 3 different train/subway options within 10 mins walking. Not to mention Akihabara is within walking distance too. P.S. don't miss the ramen shop next

A few minutes walk to JR Kanda station and Kanda Ginza Line. Easy for us to go to our destinations and even easy for us to go to Haneda Airport. The only thing which is far is the Laundry Mart. Other than that, we are happy to be staying there.

Very Near Metro Kanda Station. The senior girl in the reception area (we checked in Dec. 24, 2018 at around 23:15) was very accommodating. She even assisted us in finding very good nearby Japanese restaurant since it was already late at night. Small room but nice and very clean including toilets. Over all, this hotel is very much recommendable.

As with most APA hotels, it is conveniently located within a short walk from the train station. The room and bathroom are small (not unusual in Tokyo) but are clean. Double bed is very comfortable. Many restaurants nearby. Kanda is a good location as it's between Tokyo Station and places like Akihabara, Ueno and Asakusa. Not far from these tourist places. Staff are very friendly. I have stayed at APA Akhihabara 2 years ago and must comment that APA Kanda has friendlier staff and feels cleaner.

Great location, close to public transport ”
Location was close to the JR Yamanote line which made it really easy to get into the city. Rooms were normal Tokyo sized rooms but everything was quite clean. Staff were accommodating. My only gripe is how long the check-in process took.

We really liked the location of the hotel. We could either walk to the sights or take the metro or train. It‘s definitely more a business hotel and didn‘t have laundry facilities in the hotel itself, but one close by. There was a convenience store close by and restaurants, which was great. We would stay at the hotel again.

3mins walk to Kanda station. Very good location if you get JR pass. Otherwise, metro will use more travel time. Value for money in Tokyo area. Consider as central between Shinjuku & Asakusa. Friendly staff.

Short walking distance to the JR lines and also the Ginza line. Even though there is only 1 lift but didn't have much problem with it. Plenty of food options right below the hotel area within walking distance.

Everything was good. 4 minutes walk from Kanda station where you can take JR train or Metro (Ginza Line) . Easy access to Asakusa, Akihabara, Ginza and Shibuya. Room was pretty small but fully equipped. The room and toilet was sparkling clean. Check in procedure was smooth and Staff were mostly friendly and had no problem to communicate in English. One of the cons I need to highlight will be the elevator of the hotel. It has only one elevator in the hotel. During peak period you may have to wait for a few rounds to get into the elevator (especially check out time 11am). We were waited for our turns for nearly 30 minutes. Ended up we choose to get down from our room to lobby by using emergency staircase (Luckily we were staying at level 4). My advise is not to use the elevator during peak period, check in and check out time. Overall was ok and will return.
