Good location, near station & convenient stores”
Right opposite the Exits of Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome station, if you need to use lift, please use Exit A1. There are convenient stores & drug store nearby. Check in & check out with no hustle. Check in by queuing for machine which require passport and your Agoda booking number. Room is big enough for us. We have a mid size & a big size luggage. My mid size luggage was placed under the bed while big size luggage was always outside for easy access to my stuffs. The room has everything you need. There is a big TV on the wall. The bed is soft and comfortable. The toilet is ok for us. I do find the toilet bowl a little small to fit for a man to sit. Room is cleaned each day (replace towels, refill toiletries, refill coffee & tea bags and 2 bottles of water if stayed more than 2 nights). One thing I do not like is it's central air-conditioning. My time of arrival was in Heater mode. While the blanket is pretty thick, I woke up in sweat. I turn it off for the rest of my stay. I'll back again.

Stay at APA, recommended hotel. I choose to stay here at APA hotel located in nishi shinjuku gochome a year ago, booked with an apps www.agoda.com, and yes. Check in time is 15:00 or 3pm, and its very easy, the GRO staff will asking you for a passport and you may enter the room, The room is so beautiful and clean very clean.. and yet the bathroom is so wonderfull for asian like me. I do holiday and leisure to see sakura/cherry blossom so i do brings 2 big lugage. The cleaning service staff is also nice, they really detail and always can give me a comfy and clean bedroom. And last info, the hotel so close to the mrt shinjuku nishi shinjuku gochome. Thank you APA for 4 nights i spend my holiday at tokyo, japan. #mattheusr

From filter water, tub, friendly receptionists, room cleaning crew, night light, TV, computer desk, all the 5 star ammenities in the efficient room. Conveniently located nearby subway system, many restaurants, including the Irish pub downstaires for western style breakfast to dinner, safety and comfort. Sight seeing places nearby, well managed hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. I highly recommend your hotel chain. I hope to visit other new locations that you are developing! Well done!

Hotel staff were very friendly and very willing to help out with anything. Hotel is super clean and the location was good. The public bath is good too.. worth the stay. 1 thing that they can improve on is that hopefully they won't charge us for early check in. Haha. I was there at 2.20 pm and check in was at 3pm. Need to pay if i were to check in at my arrived time. But nevermind, what matter is the staff is efficient, friendly and warmth. Room and hotel is very clean. Worth the stay n money. Will come back to stay in APA hotel.

Perfect setting with valuable for money ”
I have no expectation at all before check-in, because it shows the size of the room is extremely small in comparison with my past stay in other tokyo hotels. Nevertheless, its design and room setting were perfectly matching for my requirement, so I would definitely stay there again if I visit Tokyo shortly in future! And I would also definitely recommend it to my friends! BTW, the hotel staffs are also nice! Including cleaning staffs and the staffs at reception!

Good place for confortable Tokyo Trip”
I was very satisfied with this Hotel in my trip to Tokyo. Very clean and good enough english speaking staff. The price is average for Tokyo but I think the service is better than average. Also, the breakfast was quite good. Regarding location, you will need only one subway trip to reach Shinjuku station, though Shibuya and Asakusa is not near and will need >25 minutes plus a short walk in the stations to change lines.

A very good hotel”
This hotel has become my favorite when staying in Tokyo. It is reasonable priced and the location is excellent being only one stop from Shinjuku station. The hotel is new. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The ammenities include a japanese style "onsen" and a swiming pool. This hotel is definitely a bargain in Tokyo.

The hotel is in the quiet side of Shinjuku walking distance to the Metropolitan Government Building and just 4 buildings away from the subway/metro. There are several convenience store nearby. The hotel breakfast is Western Style and adequate. Breakfast menu is the same everyday. Unlimited coffee/tea/juice during breakfast. The croissant is good. The room is small as expected but clean. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Nice new facilities, comfortable bed , big tv, efficient housekeeping with the rooms, and a pleasant stay. I came in from Bangkok. The Nishishinjuku area quieter, less hectic than other areas, but close to the stations . I’ll be staying here again ( I’m from Hawaii.

Great Location”
About 20m to public transport (subway) - one stop to Shinjuku. Food walking distance, we were on 8th floor and couldn't hear any street noise. Staff super friendly. Bags can be left on last day at hotel so you can browse. Rooms are really small however modern and clean, bathroom clean. Would recommend!

Clean Room and Wonderful Staff”
There were 3 mini mart located 1 min walk from the hotel - 7 Eleven, Tomad and Family Mart Well stock with cup noodle, bread, pastry, face mask etc etc 2 eatery shop just opposite the hotel selling ramen, japanese rice with cutlet, fried noodle, japanese snack Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Will help you with your enquiry and make every effort to make your stay a pleasant one There a public ONSEN on level 3 within the hotel which is wonderful after a long day of shopping and strolling Very relaxing to soak in the warm water

Well Equip Hotel and good location”
Value for money and good location. Surrounding has a lot of convenient stores like Tamod, Family Mart, Lawson and 7 Eleven. Also few great restaurants. McD is around 5-10 mins walk. Hotel facility almost perfect with in house washing machine (coin base) and in house spa and swimming pool. The only thing I concern in the room space. If you have big luggage, suggest to get a bigger room. Overall very great experience with this hotel. Thank you..!

Still located in Shinjuku but a little bit away from the center. Great value for the location and only a short distance to Shinjuku station via bus or subway. Rooms are clean with laundromat, restaurant and spa in the hotel. Highly recommend.

Great location which is a 3 min walk max from the train station 2 stop from Shinjuku. Walkable distance from Toyko Metropolitan Tower. The room is clean and the amenities are good. Value for money.

Superb experience ”
Friendly staff, good housekeeping service as I stay for a week and the room is very clean everyday. Even on days that I do not need housekeeping, the staff is considerate enough to leave basic amenities at the front door.

Very close (2 mins walk) to Oedo line’s Nishi-shinjuku-gochome station (大江戶線的西新宿五丁目站). There are 2 convenient stores nearby. Only 2 stations between this hotel to Shinjuku station. Hotel price is not high, but it’s a good value. Will definitely to stay again if going to Shinjuku next time.

Opposite of the hotel has 24 hours convenience stores (Family Mart and Lawson). Mrt is just 2 mins walk. Further down have Japanese restaurant. The public shower house is decent and clean. A good experience.
