Stay at this property on 24 March, didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool as the weather is extremely cold and windy. The hotel does not have a reception and requires you to self check-in. The check-in details are sent via email. It is a quiet town and the view of the sea is good. Room is cosy and amenities is good enough.

Great location - near a lot of cafes & restaurants. Awesome view of the beach. However, we were not informed that the pool was not working. Breakfast was Korean Juk which tasted really good. Staff was helpful. Bedsheets were dirty upon check in. Bare essentials, don't expect fancy facilities.

1. Check-in experience - the procedure is very casual and without any instruction on how to contact the front office. As there is no in-house phone in our room even we locked in the room by the old-type door. And no response after we’ve tried to contact thru WhatsApp or we chat. 2. Breakfast service - the room rate was included 2 nights breakfast, the staff was informed to provide at 9 am, on the 1st day, the staff just knocked the door twice at 8 am while we’re sleeping, the next day the staff promised to deliver breakfast at 9 am, but still no breakfast for the whole stay! 3. Facilities- it doesn’t match with the photo on website as it’s quiet small and the facilities look so old that’s why the door lock is not functioning. 4. Communication- the staff with only have limited language in English, so they were unable to provide info about Jeju. No greetings at all or try to approach us for assistance proactively. We will not choose this as our accommodation for next journey!

Good for couples. The sea is right in front of the property. There is a swimming pool, so it is good to use with children.

Great location but the room could be better kept. The host was nowhere to be found during our check in and check out. Had informed them of our “transport” situation back to the airport for 8.30am but no one was around so we had to ask help from the neighboring accommodation. Would I stay here again, YES. But I would keep my expectations for services low.

Very good place”
This is very good place for stay. Around hotel, many good restaurants are placed. When I visit here, unfortunately too heavy rainy so we couldn't use pool. 1 thing, I think the air discharge system in toilet/bath room is not so good. I wish to visit here again when sunny day.

The pool was so small that no one could swim there!”
Quite deceptive! The pool was just 3m X 2m! It's so small that no one could swim there and the water was very very dirty! It wasn't a swimming pool at all! There was only one boy and actually no reception counter! The breakfast was just congee! Really not worth the money!

Cool and stylish house with an amazing seaview!”
The beach is just in a short walking distance with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice too. The location is perfect for visiting the attractions on the East of Jeju with the famous Sunrise Peak just around 30mins drive. I would definitely stay again the next time I visit Jeju!

Tight squeeze for three, not the cleanest”
The room was a tight squeeze for three. Spotted a cockroach during my stay, so not the cleanest in my opinion. Would have been a decent to nice place in the right season (i.e. summer)

Great Hotel in Jeju Island”
The hotel has cozy rooms with bay view. Very nice suite room with separate bedroom.

Relaxing”
Unfortunately for us there was a typhoon while we were there. But on the days where the weather was ok this is a beautiful relaxing location with great cafes and food around. You just need to know where to go. It is also close to quite a few attractions and the bus station about 10 minutes away (the owner actually drove us there the first time to show us where the station was). You can go to Seongsan in 20 minutes by bus and from there you can take the boat to Udo island. Just make sure you get a bus map and know where you want to go for sight seeing. The rooms are very spacious and enjoy the view of the ocean right when you get up. Supposedly you can buy meat and BBQ at your porch facing the ocean, but did not try this due to the weather. If you are looking to get away from it all, highly reccomend this place as I walk really able to just relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

This has been my second time staying at Aqua BEAutique the location is perfect if you want to break away from the busy island life. It's very quiet and clean I absolutely love it. I would however suggest that the pools should be heated but that's only because I've only ever experienced over cast weather on Jeju.

A very unique place with a great staff.”
Even though I had anticipated that it was close to Ilchungbong, I'm delighted to have experienced this truly boutique hotel. The staff went beyond the call of duty to help me - one even chasing me down when she saw that I was going in the wrong direction to catch a bus! The seafood noodle soup was fantastic. I'm still not ready to appreciate the morning porridge, although I'm sure it's healthy. (Only one complaint I didn't have the opportunity to mention it, but in room B106, there was an odd thumping sound around every hour something like what one hears from the automatic ice-cube maker of a refrigerator. I didn't consider that it could be an attempt to communicate from another world :)

their staff was super nice and hospitable. The hotel was close to a beautiful beach. But we didn't find much restaurants at that area which was a little inconvenient. The biggest problem of that hotel was their curtain was extremely thin
