Best hotel I ever stayed”

Location is good and parking the car very easy. We received a free room upgrade with the best view of the mountain. The room was very clean and tidy and didn't lack anything. Thanks!!

worth more than its cost”

This hotel is super big and deluxe with a cheap price which I can never find another one in other cities or countries. The inner design is luxurious and the room is clean. The sea view is also good, seongsan ilchulbong and sunrise can directly be seen in our room. However, It is sad since the weather is cloudy on the night we stay. We only booked for 1 night. I regretted that I should stay more nights since here is really perfect regrading to its price.

BrownSuites Hotel - Jeju”

It was mediocre. The room had a certain smell that was unbearable at times. Not once had the cleaning crew came to my room to swap out bedding sheets, towels, and clean the trash. Also, there were several mosquitoes roaming around the lobby area because the entrance door was open all day every single say during my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient for visiting the Hanwa Aquarium and Phoenix Island, but if you're trying to get to the airport in a hurry, a taxi is your best bet, although it'll cost you between 30,000-40,000 won (about 30-40 US dollars). Overall, I do not recommend this hotel if you desire 4 or 5-star status and prefer to be closer to the airport.

Budget hotel but poor experience”

Good location and cheap, but a few things made the experience disappointing: 1. I ask the staff if they had a spoon, but surprisingly, they said NO. It's so weird that such a big hotel with restaurant couldn't even find a spoon. 2. It's good that the hotel provide kettle, but there was no power point at the pantry, so I have to put the kettle on floor near the corridor in order to access the power point. In fact this can create safety issues, especially when you have young kid in the room. 3. Another weird thing for the power point is that the it will cut the power automatically when in about 2 mins, for prolonged use, you need to find a tiny stick/needle to press against the small hole besides the socket. I am not sure how many travelers would bring such stick/needle..... 4. Finally, the hotel didn't provide tooth brush, tooth paste and shaver. They said it's an environmental friendly policy, it's OK but you need to make us know well before when we make the booking.

Good location and nice room”

Stayed one night at Brownsuites as I was visiting Seongsan Ichullbong. Is less than 10mins drive to Seopjikoji and Seongsan Ichullbong. No issue in searching for food, as you walked out of the hotel, there are a lot of eateries along the street and convenience shops too. The room is quite spacious over looking Seongsan Ichullbong, can be good spot for sunrise as well from the hotel room window. Bathroom is equipped well with shower, a nice sit-down make up room. English speaking staff, so no issue in communication. No problem for car parks. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Seopjikoji and Seongsan Ichullbong.

The Room is clean and spacious. It just take about 1 hr 15 mins drive from the Jeju City. There are some restaurants nearby. If you looking for a place to stay at East Coast of Jeju, You may consider to pick this hotel ^_^.

Great value for money, but some basics and communication could be done better. For example simply reply us it will be impossible to have early checkin would had saved us some time, as well as allocation of carpark spaces and what to do it its full. Also Towels, bodywash & shampoos are abit below average.

Strange”

They will not let you check in even if you arrive at 2:20 and there’s plenty of empty rooms, it should be on time at3. Rooms are not cleaned well. Not suitable for relaxing. One of the staffs was somehow hard to deal with. Beds are not hotel- graded. The convenient store is still not opened.

The strangest hole experience ”

1. Amenities need to be picked up at lobby. 2. Hot water available for only 30mins. 3. There‘s an induction but not allowed to be used. 4. Not allowed for customers to get any hotel invoices through the front unless you pay on spot. (Haven’t heard or experienced it) 5. Not enough lights in rooms.(btw I booked 2rooms) 6. Must call the front before12 asking for the housekeeping.(Haven’t heard or experienced it) 7. Poor sound proof. 8. Decently cleaned......not. 9. Poor ventilation in bathroom. 10. I like the price. Average Experience”

Cons -Housekeeping staff seems inexperienced. Stayed for 4 nights and on most nights we didn’t have any floor towels or only 1 bath towel. -Very weak wifi signal or absolutely no wifi in our rooms. -Plug points are not user friendly. Pros -Spacious room with good view of Seongsan Ilchulbong -Quiet area, convenient location to Seongsan Ilchulbong and Udo Island

Great stay”

The location is all the way to the east and near the sunrise place. Clean and spacious room. Free parking lots! The only con is their facilities. additional charges for usage of swimming pool. There isn't much entertainment in the hotel. Visited Jeju in Nov. The weather is very cold. however, the room is warm when heater is not switched on. Therefore, we tried to switch on the air conditioning in the room but it seems not working as the outside temperature is colder than inside. Its hard to explain but there is no remote control for the air-conditioning. We've asked the staff for assistance but he speaks limited english and we don't really understand his explanation. Turns out, we open the window to let cold air come in and including flies. Have to close the window again and embrace the warmness.

We were disappointed with the hotel. The room was nice but it wasn't the cleanest. We stayed there for 3 nights and if you want your room to be cleaned/made up you have to let reception know before 12. I've never seen this before for a 4 star hotel! The air conditioning was very noisy and every so often got a bit squeaky! You can only have 30 mins of hot water and then you have to wait 1hr30 for the tank to refill. The buffet breakfast and dinner are ok. It's is 10,000 KRW to use the pool and 3,000 if you need to rent a swimming cap. It closes at 7pm. We didn't get a chance to use the pool so can't comment. Overall the hotel is fine but I'm not sure if it is a 4 star.

Nice view of Seongsan Ilchulbong and a field with horses. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The electric stove didn’t work so not sure why it was there. It’s in a small town with some restaurants and small bars around within a walkable distance. There are convenient stores nearby(there’s one downstairs but it was closed during my stay). Quite a lot of cars but there were plenty of space to park at the backyard and also across the street. Wouldn’t mind staying here again if I come to Jeju next time.

The staff upgraded our room to family suite, which made our trip so wonderful! And we were able to watch Seongsanilchulbong mountain from our room :))

The hotel is great, clean and affordable. We went during late winter and the aircond doesn't work, so it's a bit hot inside the room.
