2 night stay in Cologne”

I couldn't believe this was our place when we finally found it in Cologne, and how incredibly close it was to the cathedral. This place is so perfectly located, right in the middle of a busy shopping street. The staff were lovely -- we got in HOURS earlier than the check-in time on the site, and we were still able to get into our room and relax. We asked for more pillows and got them promptly, and never heard any other guests. It's not the fanciest room or place, but it's an excellent location and the staff are great. Highly recommend!!

Breakfast is not early enough ”

Breakfast is not early enough for business travellers. Suggest it should kick start at 6.30am,in fact we were disappointed to learn it doesn't start till 7.30am. Not good enough!

Very convenient location near the Dom. The hotel is very basic but good enough for ordinary travellers. Do ask for rooms at the back if you are a light sleeper as the street in front of the hotel is quite noisy even late at night.

The hotel is in a great central location close the amazing cathedral and railway station, very easy to get there by train from airport. Rooms were clean and warm, breakfast was simple but adequate for our 2 night stay. I would stay here again.

Not again ”

The owner of the hostel want me too pay a second time even I showed I already had pay on the agoda app, I have really to say no more times that he stopped. Then he wants me to pay the Taxe in cash, but their is no Taxe for professional people! I had to insist again and say no! Then he make me fill up a paper for no taxe. Then he told me book directly instead agoda for avoid problems.I go in hostel every week and never saw this befor! I can't recommend this hostel even the location is good

Smack right in the middle of the main shopping street. Beside the Dom which is beside the main train station. Room was small with overly soft bed & super small bathroom. It's location saves it all.

Located right on the busy shopping street, this hotel was very loud. Bring earplugs! Rooms were small and needing to be refreshed. Breakfast was ok. Overall not the greatest value for the cost, but fine if all you need is a place to crash for the night after exploring the Kolsh brew houses nearby.

clean, great location”

The hotel is clean and located very near the main station. However, house keeping for customer's room is very late. They cleaned up my room at almost 4 pm. Most of staffs are friendly with smiling faces. However, manner of some male receptionist should be strongly improved. I will not be back to this hotel.

Rather surprising that the hotel is located in the busy shopping areas, yet close to railway station and DOM. Perfect for everything to do.

I stay only one night at callas hotel but i can say good hotel great location only 5 min walk from haupthbahnhof station room clean but small breakfast
