Very Poor”

It was close to wilton drive or what wver the name of the road is with all the bars
Only time i saw a staff member was at chek in they were very nice but they listed check in between 1 and 6 i did not have a confirmed time i was going to be there and apparently they where not on premises. The place seemd ru. Down the pool was dirty the chars arojnd the pool covered didn't feel clean i get I was staying on off days Monday and Tuesday but it seemd like no one was there to keep up the place. The room was ok found some dead bugs in the corner and it looked like there was a mold issue in the bathroom. The floors look like its one step from just concrete and ither need tile or carpet added. Just semed like it could use a little work almost feltike it was going to open ina few mothes and tbey still needed to finish getting ready.

the location, the service ( staff was amazing) the owner that I didn’t have the chance to see , took care of me, he was pretty aware and give me answers very quick! The atmosphere of the place is very nice. Great vibes , will definitely come back there again !

A Trip to the Past”

It was very private but strange entrance, close to most things but need car to get to everything and beach.
Need better set up by Pool and Entrance. Rooms needed update.

I liked the set up and it’s fairly close to everything in WM.
Check-in was rude, but apologized the next day. No hot water the entire stay, but you can open the bathroom door to the outside and the heat helped with cold shower. Water was never freezing. Only one channel on the tv. not that I stayed in the whole time, but when I was there it sucked. Property could be great if it was updated.

EXCELLENT!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

We just stayed at Calypso Inn for the first time, and we literally had the most wonderful experience!!! First of all, as soon as we got off the plane in Fort Lauderdale, I received a text from Wesley (the owner) telling us that we could check in early, and that he was ready for our arrival. The room was lovely, spacious and super clean. The heated pool was GLORIOUS, and the breakfast had delicious coffee and everything we needed to start our day! Wesley and all the staff at Calypso were incredibly available and true gems… They also let us hang out by the pool and use the hotel amenities on our check out day as long as we needed until our flight time. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!! 10/10

Very Good”

Location is perfection! 5 minute walk to Wilton Drive and all the fun stuff there. Cozy amenities, lots of charm, and Wes the owner is a total sweetheart. He truly wants to provide the best experience possible, we can't wait to book again and hopefully enjoy the breakfast we've heard so much about ;)
The mattress in our room was not comfortable, and the soaps provided barely lathered up. The multiple keys for the outer gate, and then the room, were a little antiquated and hard to use at night.

Wonderful”

Wes and Sammy were both very warm and welcoming. The room was not fancy, but it was clean and private. The pool was fabulous with tropical plantings around it and warm water. It was beautiful at night with the lights around the pool. I was appreciative that coffee and danish were provided every day. I would like to return there!

Chill, relaxed vibe in a very friendly part of South Florida.”

Location couldn’t be better. Wonderful, friendly staff. The pool was spectacular.
Had electrical issues, but that was the fault of the county and not the property. Staff was very attentive getting information to us and helping solve the problem to the best of their ability.

Great Price and location”

The location is great. Only about a 4-minute walk to Wilton Drive with all sorts of food, bars and shopping. The resort itself was quiet with a nice pool area. It was a great area to relax between daily plans. The people there were friendly and helpful. Coffee and packaged morning snacks were provided. The room was fine with a small kitchen area with a sink and refrigerator. It is not the Hilton, but the room is comfortable with all the amenities you need. We selected the location for the value/location and it was worth it.
There could be a little more attention to detail in the rooms and with finishes. The towel holder was not secured to the wall and fell off the first time we used it. Not a big deal but other small items that could be fixed to make the rooms more appealing could be done (i.e. the box around the air conditioner looked terrible). The kitchen could have used some utensils, but they may have been removed due to the COVID. For the price, the minor things didn't bother us that much. We would stay again.

I always stay here, I honestly enjoy this place.”

That it is close to WMand I lile the overgrown plants and it just feels private and the other guests and staff are always wonderful.
The rooms could be cleaned better, I dropped something and had to get it feom under the bed and it was pretty bad. Not sure when the last time the floors had a good cleaning as well. Just feom walking around in my room my socks and or feet got very dirty.
